Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Mulberry River

Just got back from a fun Memorial Day weekend. It rained the entire trip but we made the best of it. The party barn next to the house made getting outside and all being together so much easier. 100% recommend if you are planning a side by side trip to Arkansas. Very close to the trail system. Worked out exactly as we had hoped for our group. Thanks for having us!

We love this place! Second time we’ve stayed here, and we know if we need to stay in that area any more this will be our first choice!

It was a cozy and comfortable place to stay. The amenities were great, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub! Anna was a wonderful host, and we appreciated her hospitality

The cabin was beautiful! The property was also beautiful! Our grandchildren, ages 5, 6 and 7 enjoyed exploring and playing in the creek! We would definitely use this location again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this adorable home! I have lots of family all over Springdale/Fayetteville and Caitlin’s place was only 7 min down the road from my brother’s home off Habberton! It was the absolute perfect location and as soon as I walked in the front door it brought back so many childhood memories! It was absolutely perfect! And the homemade apple butter in the fridge just made it even better! Thank you so much, Caitlin for letting us stay in your home! We will definitely be coming back, hopefully soon!

My husband and I absolutely love staying here! We stayed here on our wedding night, and come back each year for our anniversary. This is the perfect place to get away from our phones and just spend time together relaxing on the porch. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in the Boxley house very much. The furniture was comfortable, and it was very well supplied with all we needed and more. We love the beautiful Boxley valley, so the location was great and accessible to the trails. We enjoyed 3 elk sightings in the field right beside the house. The wifi was spotty, but a storm came through the night we arrived so maybe that was part of the problem. Highly recommend Maggie's place.

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

We had a wonderful stay. This property is beautiful and has a beautiful pond. We lived the stay, bed was super comfy, kitchen had all we needed. Host was very responsive. We loved it and would stay again.

We have stayed at Rim River several times. It is our favorite place when we are in the Fayetteville area. We love all the nature and peacefulness.

Valerie and Johnny's space had everything I didn't know I needed! Everything is thoughtfully decorated and placed with intention and it was so nice to come here and relax. I enjoy greeting my hosts if I get the chance and they were both so friendly and welcoming; if you are someone who prefers space they are incredibly respectful of that as well. Excellent location - JJ's grill down the street had great food, and I hiked Hemmed-In-Hollow the next morning! The space was also easy to find with the help of their thorough instructions and photos. My only regret is not staying longer! Looking forward to another visit!

Loved staying here. Lots of space with clean and matching linens. It rained a lot so it was great to have so many games. We had a blast! The washer and dryer were like new. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable.

10 out of 10 recommend!! from the location, to the hikes, the cabin and the host everything was perfect! exactly what we needed and we will definitely return in the future.

This was a great place to stay. Beautiful countryside and amazing views of the mountains. Plenty of space for our 3 dogs to roam. Loved the outdoor grill and outdoor fire pit. We used both and had no problems. John was in communication with us for anything happening while we stayed there. Besides the free wifi we did have great cell service on the hill. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies of all sorts. We will be coming back.

Had a great stay at the cabin! It came with everything we might need, kitchen supplies, ice trays, super soft blankets, BBQ grill, etc. Had no problems. The location was perfect, super close to so many cool places. Even got a few visits from the local dogs, who were super sweet, even though they got away with a shoe. Overall had a great time and will probably stay here again.

The cabin was beautiful. It was clean inside and outside. We enjoyed the peaceful and private location. Buffalo River access was very close. We enjoyed our stay so much we're hoping to come back. Thank you for sharing your cabin!!

The cabin has a "at home" feeling about it. All of the basic necessities were provided. It is close to stores but feels like you are in the country. The cookies she made upon our arrival were phenomenal! Judy and Ken are friendly and welcoming. This was the best air b&b that we have stayed at! Highly recommend.

We were impressed initially from the photos online. But when we pulled into the driveway, it exceeded our expectations! From the beautiful stonework to the timeless cabin feel, this place was everything we were looking for and more. We were searching for seclusion and serenity and that’s exactly what we found. We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the porch listening to the spring fed stream and birds chirping and singing through the trees. We sent a video to our friends and told them they have to book this place! It was close to Boxley Valley to see the elk, just minutes from several great hiking trails, and just outside of town where we could pick up anything we might have forgotten. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a place to stay! It was a great deal and they have everything you need!

Beautiful views and private. The cabin is as described and comfortable to stay in. There are many hiking trails close and the area is beautiful. Jasper is so close if you need anything you forgot. Bring your drinking water unless you’re used to drinking well water with sulphur. Josefine was always responsive and we were so happy with our stay at the cabin. Lots of wildlife to watch from the porch or fire pit.
