Easy access to everything from this centrally located property. We provide an integrated stay with the lowest priced tour, transport and car rental options. Our property is walking distance to the largest Hypermart, multiple shops, restaurant, coin laundromat and souvenir shops. We may not be a 5 star property but it's absolutely a memorable stay. We are 10 mins drive away from the airport, 10 mins away from the old BSB town and is 5 mins from the happening Gadong. a Truly value for money.

Conveniently located, my apartment is a 1-minute drive from Shine gym facilities, Sumbangsih Foodhall, Baiduri bank, 4 minutes from Supasave grocery store and cafes, and 9 - 11 minutes from Malls, and the vibrant Kianggeh Market/Town area is also within reach. A quick 2-minute drive takes you to the nearest gas station for added convenience. One free parking space available for the duration of the stay.

Suite 102 is a glass room with fan only. The glass wall covered with curtain. No aircond. Super single bed for 1 guest. 2 bathrooms only in the hostel. Sharing bathrooms. Male and female bathroom is separate. Men are not allowed to use ladies bathroom. Strictly No smoking inside property or at the staircase (penalty $300), no pets and no outside shoes in the property. We provide in house slippers for every guests. Fully loaded facilities. Dining area, kitchen, fridge all in.

Comfortable, Spacious, Peaceful, Relaxing and Clean Apartment, with quiet environment and top notch security. Close to everything Bandar Seri Begawan has to offer at a really reasonable price. The Apartment is very close to the sultan’s palace - Istana Nurul Iman. It is also centrally located, about 5 minutes drive into City center, Kiulap and Gadong commercial Areas. The Apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

This was a great option as a solo traveler to Brunei. I stayed in the basic room for one, which had a comfortable bed and space for my luggage. The area of the place has several cafes and restaurants, a guardian, and a quick mart for water drinks or snacks. I was able to walk downtown from here quite easily, it took about 35 mins, but there is a bus station right out front as well. Mei Fun was very responsive and helped me book a guide as well to help me explore the city a bit more. Overall great stay! Thank you!!
