The apartment is clean, there is hot water and heating. It's quite hot inside, the floor is warm everywhere. Two smart TVs in the kitchen and bedroom. The center is a 15-20 minute walk away. There is a supermarket and a post office nearby. Very convenient, sincerely grateful for your hospitality. In addition, I will note a sufficient number of towels and bed linen (spare sets are available). There are cleaning supplies, dishwasher pods, and variable garbage bags.

The apartments are wonderful. Everything is clean and very cozy. The location is very convenient, actually central, but very cozy and quiet. We recommend it. We were with the dog, there is a park near the river, very convenient for walking.

The apartment is neat and spacious, there is everything for a comfortable stay, any issues that arise are ready to quickly resolve, there is immediate access to the river and in general a very good location, the only thing in the evening in the apartment was a little cool and already in the T-shirt it was not very comfortable, but these are small things compared to the amenities that are in the apartment, the rating is 11/10, I definitely recommend!! There were enough towels, blankets too, there were disposable slippers, there were also a lot of dishes and the main thing is clean !! Thank you !!

The apartment is exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and tidy at check-in. The host was quick to respond and provided clear check-in instructions - everything is concise and without unnecessary communication, which I as an introvert especially appreciated 😅 The house has an elevator - very convenient after long walks in the city. Separately, I want to note the balcony: it has incredible views of the city and mountains! The territory of the house is secured, there is easy parking. Overall, everything is thoughtful. The only wish is to pay attention to some signs of wear and tear in the apartment: stains on the walls and similar details. But it didn't ruin the experience at all. It can be seen that the apartment is in demand, so it's natural. Overall, I really liked everything, thank you! ☺️

I rented the place for half a year. The apartment is quite comfortable for a long stay (there is a washing machine, dryer, iron, dishes, gas column). I liked the location: there is a park with a river, a water park and even a brewery nearby. It's a little far to the center, a 20-minute walk at a fast pace. The owner is a very nice person, easy to communicate with and resolve issues.

Our stay at Anna and Evgenii’s house was exceptional. The house felt like home away from home - very clean, beautifully furnished and cozy. The house is located on a beautiful quiet street. Grocery store and farmers market are within 5-10 minute walking distance. Anna and Evgenii live on the first floor of the house, but they have a separate entrance and completely separate quarters, so you won’t cross paths with them. Anna is very welcoming and very responsive in case you need anything. We loved our stay and plan to stay at this house again.
