Family home in the countryside

House close to all shops (~1 km). Accommodation with all the necessary equipment for your comfort (equipped kitchen/3 bedrooms: 2 beds 140 x 190 and 1 bed 120 x 190, washing machine in the basement, outdoor terrace with plancha, enclosed courtyard). Please note: A gardener is present year-round on site for the maintenance of the vegetable garden at the back of the house (little visibility). Very discreet person. Relax in this independent, quiet and stylish space, located in a residential area of the city close to shops. La Marelle was completely renovated in 2023, and has all the necessary equipment for your comfort (equipped kitchen, bathroom, modular bedroom 1 double bed or 2 single beds...) The house is on one level, it has a welcoming exterior (garden, veranda, barbecue), as well as a closed courtyard and a garage for your vehicle.

The kitchen area has everything you need to prepare your meals. A beautiful shower awaits you in the bathroom, as well as a towel radiator. The double bed (160x200) is located on the mezzanine. The studio also features air conditioning for the hottest days!

1h from Paris, 45 minutes from Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport and 5 minutes from Pierrefonds in the forest of Compiègne, you will stay in the center of a charming village, in a restored old mill, in the heart of a large green area where nature and picturesque blend. From the first days you will enjoy the park and the pond as well as the banks of the river whose currents still drive the authentic wheel of the mill.
