Holiday rentals with lake access in Muğla Merkez

Location, location, location! If you can find a more beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool closer to the centre of Dalyan then good luck. It was a 10 second walk (not minutes) to the nearest mini market and bar and 5 minutes in either direction would bring you more restaurants and bars than you could ever visit once in a month. You are situated right on the river, the hub of Dalyan and it's many boat trips. The villa is spacious with large screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Video installed if you have a day of poor weather or fancy a night in. The bedrooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds, all with good quality Aircon and all ensuite. Only small consideration would be for the master bedroom to have a fully functioning shower alongside the large fitted bath. Had a fabulous 2 week holiday at villa Mariposa, would highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Ms. Suna and Mr. Ahmet are really very friendly and very helpful. The house is as it appears in the photos; it is immaculately clean and the transportation is also very comfortable. It's nice to have air conditioning in every room.

We were only able to stay at Mr. Ethem and Ms. Nuray's house for one night, luckily we came on a very hot day. However, thanks to the air conditioning in the house, we were very comfortable. The location of the house was quite close to the bazaar center. It was a very clean and comfortable house, we look forward to a longer stay. Thank you for everything

Ms. Özge and her husband greeted us personally at the door. We had problems in another house and changed our route and came here, it made us forget our bad experience. Everything was spotless and the house was peaceful. It's a much nicer home than the photos. The house is located in a central place, closest to all sightseeing routes, very attached to the bazaar. The garden of the house is great. There is a great pier belonging to the house at the end of the pomegranate garden, we had the opportunity to fish there, Ms. Özge and her husband helped us from the camping chair to the inventory where we will fish. We most loved fishing while we accompanied the sunset and birth at the pier. The pool was spotless and we used it very comfortably with our children. A very beautiful house in nature, definitely stay here if you are on your way to Dalyan. Great family very hospitable. We say that we now have a door in Dalyan, we felt at home. We will definitely be back. Glad we crossed paths. Thank you so much for everything.

Surrounded by nature, peaceful, calm… thank you

Very nice, small apartment. Were there with our two small children. Nurcan and her family took care of us warmly and we felt very welcome. Slightly more rural the surroundings but with lots of charm and far away from mass tourism. We can recommend it without hesitation. Small supermarket around the corner and a parking space right outside the front door.

The accommodation is close to the beach. The area of use is a very large olive garden. It is nice to have two different accommodation places. There are enough equipment in the kitchen. The view is perfect, and it is very good to spend time on the terrace. Mr. Gökhan is very flexible at the relevant hours.

We stayed for 4 days, everything was very nice. The location of the house is great, close to markets, bazaar, bakery, boat tours, etc. The items and supplies in the house are sufficient to meet the needs. It was small but very lovable. Since our check-in time was a little late, it was also nice of Ms. Gülbeyaz to wonder and call and take care of it. Looking forward to seeing you again next year, thank you very much 🥰

We were very happy with our stay. We only stayed one night because we had a very early flight the next morning, but everything was great. Very close to the airport. The host was extremely hospitable and shared all the instructions clearly. The house was clean, convenient and equipped with all necessary equipment. Although the duration was very short, we were quite satisfied. We were also comfortable in terms of comfort, we rested peacefully. Thank you, Ms. Gül and Mr. Can!

The location of the house was very good, it was within walking distance to everywhere in Marmaris. Mr. Gökhan responded quickly to the questions and allowed us to check in early. The furniture in the house was a bit old, but it was in usable condition. Only the laundry wire needs to be changed. It's a good place in terms of price/performance. You can stay safely.

A place to stay with pleasure when you come to Dalyan. Everything was just like in the photos and descriptions. As a guest, every question we had was answered quickly. There was also support for early check-in. A place we won't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend.

It was a magnificent accommodation experience that instantly made me forget all the negativity I experienced during my previous stay in Muğla. There are not many options in the center of Muğla and what happens is incredibly bad. But Ms. Nejla's house is incredibly clean, tidy and made our stay for 6 people impeccable. Ms. Nejla is a very caring, very polite, friendly, incredibly hospitable host. I'm so happy to know her. The beauty of her home, the cleanliness also made our stay unforgettable. Don't hesitate to stay here at all. Accommodate more than you should in a home in nature, it's a pleasant place with a capacity to accommodate even your large group.
