The building has excellent location and services, highlighting the comfort of beach service in the season. The apartment is renovated, was impeccably clean, well organized and well equipped, as described in the ad (yes, no TV). Excellent Wifi. Very bright, airy, with beautiful panoramic views. Parking is an added comfort. Communication with the host was irreplaceable, it did not rest until it got from us that everything was right for a great stay.

Voltaria. The building is super new. Nicolas is a super host. The space of the apartment is super accessible. All impeccable. We use the laundry room for an additional cost adjusted with Nicolas and according to the condominium policy. I just missed more details in the arrival information, because the concierge is well hidden by a side alley. The concierge of the neighboring building who saved us, saying that every day someone asks him for information. The gym is a high standard. I loved the heated pool. Everything is very beautiful. Ideal for a romantic trip. It's worth it. I'd come back and stay in the same place!!! Thank you for everything.

My stay at this apartment was excellent. Everything was extremely clean and smelled of well-kept perfume from the first moment. The place was very well equipped, with a full kitchen, comfortable furniture and useful details that made the difference. I highlight the high-speed internet, perfect for working or watching content without interruptions. Also the daily cleaning service, which kept everything impeccable during the stay. The host was attentive and very easy to contact, always willing to help. Communication was prompt and clear at all times. The location was perfect meters from the sea and in the center, close to a super convenient beach service. In short, a comfortable, well-attended and recommendable place. I would definitely stay there again.
