The villa was amazing and had all amenities! We really enjoyed the pool too. The place was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The housekeeper Goi was sweet and very helpful. She gifted us fresh sweet mangoes on our last day there! Overall an amazing stay and experience, would definitely want to stay there the next time we visit the area

From before even entering Thailand the communication with the staff was impeccable! They were very informative and even arranged an airport pickup transfer. The accommodation is as wonderful as it is presented in the images. The area the accommodation is located in is very relaxing and as a first timer in Thailand it just felt perfect. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who’s planning a trip to Phuket! The staff are very welcoming and treat you with the upmost respect.

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

Just returned home from a lovely stay in Abby’s Hideaway Phuket. We booked for a family holiday (2 adults and 2 kids) Karn was very helpful from the first contact up until we left. The villa is up a nice quiet Soi on a busy road that leads to Nai Harn beach. So many restaurants/coffee shops and massage places nearby that you could never try them all. Villa is nice and spacious and has a lovely outdoor space with a nice deep pool. Bedrooms have nice big beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Kitchen has everything you would need and there is a bbq outside. Karn is a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate to book Abby’s hideaway again

We absolutely loved our stay here for the last 4 days; only wish we could stay for longer. The host and team were incredibly efficient and helpful from the very beginning, including airport pick up despite our late arrival. The house is large, spacious, clean. The team were never too far away if we needed anything and very helpful and responsive via group chat. We were proactively offered a late check out due to the next guests arriving late which made for a very pleasant last day by the pool. We also enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ/kitchen area with some local fish from the seafood market we took from the hosts’ extensive list of recommendations. We truly just loved this stay. Seamless and easy. Thank you Benoit and Julian, hope to be back soon.

My friend and I came on holiday to take a break from work. Armin is a very attentive and hospitable host. He met us, showed the house and told us everything about it. The villa is magnificent. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There is a great kitchen for those who like to cook. I especially want to note the cleanliness of the place and daily cleaning service. The backyard is cozy with a barbecue area and a wonderful pool, a large table and chairs for all guests. (There is a cozy patio with a barbecue area and a wonderful swimming pool, a large table and chairs for all guests.) We had a great holiday. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. This place is a little paradise. We will be glad to stay here again!

Mark was very accommodating and when the villa we booked had electrical issues, he upgraded us to one of his bigger villas. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay in Phuket. The house is really close to the beach and it's a quiet area. Ross was also quite helpful and very responsive. The only negative point was the mosquitoes, thankfully there was some products at the villa to help with that. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at Rawai Villas and felt completely at home! The house is stylishly furnished, very clean, and the private pool is truly a highlight. The cleaning service twice a week was a big plus – everything was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is a little older, and some small updates could be made, but that’s really just nitpicking on a very high level. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Victor was a great host – responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

During our trip to Phuket we have lived in three different places, and with no doubt this was the best of the best. The location is great. It's 1 minute away from the Ao Yon beach by walking. The great surroundings and picturesque scenery around the place. The house is situated at the south-east side of the island, so you can observe magnificent dawns. Inside we had lots of foodstuff and care products, even including some useful medicine. The house feels like home. It's neat and with lots of decorating stuff. The area is private for residents of this housing complex. Besides, it should be noted that the host Nym is very responsive and kind. She always answered the questions we had in minutes! We even had some free beer in the fridge when we arrived, that's a nice touch! Would recommend this place to people who are willing to find a serene place without the clogged beaches and typical tourist attractions. It was a wonderful stay! 10/10

The villa was the perfect place to stay. Peter was very responsive and flexible. We had a cancelled flight which affected our initial booked days so he shifted the days to suit us without any issues or extra charges. Highly recommend and thank you.

We were a group of 11 people. The villa was in top condition, super clean and with a great layout and enough space for everyone. Overall, our expectations were exceeded! The host Lothar was super friendly, always available and gave us many helpful tips and recommendations. There was also a contact person for every issue, which was organized very easily via the villa manager. Villa is located in a secured / supervised settlement, which has given you a very safe feeling. The paths to the beach, restaurant and shopping were quite short and everything is easy to reach. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Villa Carlos!

Great peaceful place to stay with a vert friendly host, you can rent a bike as well for a very cheap price.

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

Loic and his team are a great group of people who are very friendly and easy to deal with, the villa was immaculate itself and was very true to the photos, I would also suggest getting in touch with Loic as he can organise great scooters delivered directly to the Villa which were very handy to see the local sights, Had a great stay looking forward to revisiting!

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

Wow - this place is amazing and for the price it’s excellent value for money! Just everything was perfect and having such nice kitchenware, wine glasses, stunning artwork and fixtures throughout, and a dishwasher. It has all the mod cons like fire sticks in all the TVs, ceiling fans and multiple a/c units, it just really felt like home. The pool is a great size and a perfect temperature with comfy outside seating areas with nice loungers and dining table with a huge umbrella. Although the beautiful Nai Harn beach is just 5 minutes in a taxi away, it’s hard to leave the villa although I do recommend Nai Harn beach. Fantastic local and western restaurants (Nibe and Wine Connection were our faves) very close by as well as a small shop and 7Eleven you can walk to in 5 minutes. If you are looking for a private beautiful stay that feels like home, this is the place. I honestly can’t fault it. Thank you so much for making our holiday so special, Kubu Villa. I will 100% be coming back!

A wonderful host, as well as workers in this place, cleaning was every other day sometimes even 2 days in a row, also on the territory there are many very friendly cats, although sometimes they did not give a pass) the place is 15 minutes from cafes and restaurants, to the sea for a little more than 20-25 minutes, it is convenient to walk in the area, the room has all the amenities from the air conditioning, etc., in general, we are 100% satisfied with the accommodation
