I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The house was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained. It offered a great sense of calm, which made it the perfect getaway. The host was warm, welcoming, and responsive, making the entire stay smooth and comfortable. Definitely great value for money. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay! Only advice is plan your daily commute in advance, as the place is located at a very steep mountain.

We loved our stay at Boyd's place - so close to the beautiful Kamala beach - just a quick walk of 2 minutes down the road, and we were watching the incredible sunset with our feet in the sand. I can't say enough about the amenities of this villa. We were very pleased with the functional items, as we had been traveling for nearly a month, it was nice to do our own laundry (bring detergent), and there were racks and several outdoor decks for easy drying. There is everything you need to make and serve simple meals including a separate kitchen - if you wanted to do a big dinner you would have to bring in different items for prep and service, but with planning that's no issue. The space seats and sleeps at least 6 people comfortably. The pool and outdoor private areas are lovely, well-maintained, clean. The car park at the door is a great convenience. Nice beds, good decor, clean. Staff were professional and welcoming, and were available 24 hours a day. Everything as pictured or better!

Die Unterkunft war unfassbar schön und Oleg war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er war steht‘s erreichbar und hat immer geholfen. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen und bei meinem nächsten Besuch wird es wieder diese Unterkunft sein.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

We had a great stay, the balcony was absolutely fantastic for our family of 6, plenty of space. Zeng was extremely helpful with everything to do with the apartment, he also helped us organise our airport transfers and trips to Phi Phi and James Bond Island through his contacts, both trips are highly recommended and the prices arranged were well below the advertised rates. The transfer guys were so helpful and got us to the apartment for 1,200 each way, the travel time from the airport to the apartment is between 60 and 90 mins (traffic can be busy). One thing to keep in mind is that Thailand rentals do charge for electricity and water on top of your booking cost. We knew this before our stay but it could catch you out if unaware and you don’t have any idea what the bill will be until you check out. For 12 nights our cost came to about 5,500, about £10 a day. You need to keep available cash spare for this.

Bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten war alles wie erhofft. Der Ansprechpartner für alles rund ums Haus Ivan war immer erreichbar und leistete sofort Hilfe und Unterstützung. Geschäfte und Restaurants waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Villa is not quite new, I would estimate somewhat 10~15 years old. Yet in a perfect condition. Staff is instant response and professional, no delays, no nervous things. Location and view is superior on top of the hill, exceeding those on top floor of tallest Patong hotels. Beach is somewhat 7 minutes walk. 24/7 free tuc-tuc included to/from the gate, and it takes about 2 mins. Villa is definitely expensive, but worthy. Keep up good job guys, thank you 👍

June 2025 - Great place and host . We stayed there recently for 5 days with a group of 4 families . Villas is a prefect place who wants a peaceful location little further out from the city hustler and into the nature . We are vegetarians thus the stacked kitchenette was really helpful. Strongly recommend

Super schönes Haus mit tollen Pool und Blick über die ganze Stadt Patong. Es ist oben auf dem Berg gelegen direkt an einem Hang. Dadurch hat man viel Privatsphäre und ist ungestört. Von der Lage her sollte man wissen das es viele Stufen gibt und das Haus nur über einen sehr steilen Weg erreichbar ist, her braucht man entweder einen Roller oder ein Taxi. Die Putzfrau kommt jeden Tag wie verabredet und putzt die und die Küche. Wir können das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen

We had a fantastic stay! The villa was beautiful and well set up for our group, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the team. The kitchen staff deserves a huge compliment for the amazing meals they prepared—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Dining here felt like a restaurant experience every day! A special shoutout to Peachy for her warm and attentive service—she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel incredibly welcome. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We’d love to come back!

We had a lovely stay in Chantal’s villa. It is very quiet and peaceful and conveniently located within 10 minutes of Karon Beach. The villa is very spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Chantal was incredibly helpful, providing loads of useful information about the local area. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Karon.

Lemon House - Beau's Place was my first pit stop when landed in Phuket. I came with my husband and a friend. The property has a very natural vibes, with greenery all over and very peaceful. Everything is accessible and within few minutes walk. The rooms are spacious with kitchen and patio separate offering more organized vibe to the property. Everyone was so helpful and kind :D Thanks Beau and team for organizing a wonderful stay for us. Looking forward to visiting again but this time longer stay. The view of the house is definitely more beautiful than the photos, it is a two-story clean, tidy and pleasant house and our host is a very kind person. The only negative aspect of the house is its location because it is located on a slightly steep slope, but for such a view the house needs to be located a little higher. Definitely recommended

Just returned home from a lovely stay in Abby’s Hideaway Phuket. We booked for a family holiday (2 adults and 2 kids) Karn was very helpful from the first contact up until we left. The villa is up a nice quiet Soi on a busy road that leads to Nai Harn beach. So many restaurants/coffee shops and massage places nearby that you could never try them all. Villa is nice and spacious and has a lovely outdoor space with a nice deep pool. Bedrooms have nice big beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Kitchen has everything you would need and there is a bbq outside. Karn is a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate to book Abby’s hideaway again

110 % Empfehlung! Das Haus ist in einwandfreiem Zustand, sehr gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet. Tolles Bett, super Lage, sehr privat. Habe ich in Phuket bisher so nicht finden können!!! Selten! We had a great time! The house is ideal for big groups with plenty of things to do, we checked in instantly without any issues, Mu was very friendly and showed us around and how everything worked, for those not be able to connect to the wifi, use a small v not a big V at the start of the password ;) Everything was perfect, thanks again Tracey and Mu for everything, we would definitely recommend you and use you again.
