We had a great stay! The place was very clean and had complete amenities, making it super convenient and comfortable for a group of friends. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to the main road and close to the train station. There’s even a 7-Eleven nearby for quick snacks or essentials. The unit had uninterrupted water supply and strong Wi-Fi, which was a huge plus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

I’d definitely say that you’re getting more than you paid for. It totally feels like it’s your own place. Well ventilated floors, there’s AC everywhere. Basic amenities are provided like towels, shampoo, handwashing liquid, dishwasher liquid, napkins, wet wipes, washing detergent, etc. The first time you enter the place you’ll fall in love with it lol. Buay is very responsive, friendly and caring. She’d tell you about transportation convenience. Nearby stores and she left us very tasty fruits too. She has suggestions for everything if you talk to her it’s interesting. The place was clean and beautiful furniture. She let us stay couple more hours because our flight was in evening. She offers to speak with the cab driver in Thai for assistance. Haha, idk if I’m missing out on anything else, but overall it was a really nice experience. I’d definitely come back to this house. The area is peat and calm and 20-25 mins from everywhere. Enjoyyyy kaaaa

Very central location, amazing really what you’re able to walk to. The house was spacious but felt very comfortable. Our host was great and helped us out when we required it. There is some street noise from motorbikes at night, but it’s to be expected for such a central and perfect location.

Excellent place to stay if you want to see old Bangkok and live amongst the locals. Clean comfortable accomodation. Great for family’s with plenty of space.

Nok and Pai have perfected the art of Airbnb. Their home is a beautiful gem in the heart of old town Bangkok. Surrounded by local markets and amazing food - all summarized in their guides! Had everything we needed and more! Great for many people with many floors. Tons of space and kind amenities included with our stay. Very well organized. 11/10 would recommend

I had a pleasant stay. The check in was flexible and there were great food options at walking distance.

My family of five stayed here for a month, we felt at home. The house has a lot of indoor and outdoor space. The host is great, she’s thoughtful and friendly. The neighborhood is very walkable, there’s a lot of cafes, food stalls, fruit stands, and big supermarkets nearby.

Stayed in this homestay for 3 nights and overall we had a great experience. The house is cozy, although there are some noise from the neighborhood. There is a cafe selling nice coffee just beside the homestay. Thanks to the host.

The homestay is located at one of the shophouses in the area. The rooms are exactly like those shown in the pictures. The rooms are clean and tidy. 1. Please be aware that we cannot flush toilet papers inside the toilet bowl. 2. If you are using Grab car to come to the homestay, driver willdrop you off at the bus stop opposite of the homestay, you have to cross the road. Driver told us that they are not allowed to stop right in front of the homestay. So if you have a lot of baggages like my family, you have to push all the baggages to cross the road. 3. 711 shop is just opposite of the homestay. So very convenient. 4. The host is very responsive in replying messages. Overall, we have great staycation. Will come again next time.

We had an amazing stay at this house in Bangkok! The home was spacious and clean —perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, with easy access to local markets, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We felt very comfortable and safe throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangkok!

The house four floors and multiple rooms to sleep in and it quite place and peaceful.

The host are very responsive and supportive. The location is close to so many tourist attractions. Chinatown, Sampeng whole sale , Bo Bad Market , MBK, Central World, Platinum Mall, lumbini park. Great location , workable to many places. Highly recommended. Worth the pay for family, if you arr traveling in groups.

great place, clean and hospitable - feels cozy and green

I’ve been travelling around Asia for 2 months and this was the most comfortable bed I stayed in! It was a peaceful and idyllic spot to come back to away from the chaos of Bangkok. Check in was super easy and convenient. The photos don’t do this place justice as to how quaint this place was. If I ever come back to Bangkok I’ll defs be staying again.

Had the most amazing vacation at this absolute gem of an airbnb. The place was incredible — impeccably decorated and so spacious! Bhantitra (the host) was an absolute gentleman — He was incredibly accommodating, responsive and helpful! Can't wait until I go back to Thailand and will 100% book here once again! ขอบคุณครับ!

Nice for inviting friends for birthday party and hangout , planty of space, good for the price

It was a great place to stay. The host was amazing and paid very well attention to their guest. We asked and she delivered. The beds were clean and AC worked. Pool was kept clean as well. Though there was major construction next to the building. It was VERY disturbing. They would be working till 11pm at night and start work again at 4am in the morning. JACKHAMMERING!?!. 4AM IN THE MORNING?!?. yeah it didn't go well. Just a warning for others planning on staying here. The place itself was amazing and great location with plenty of great food and good host. It's not the place or host. It's the construction.
