Flooded with natural light and decorated with shabby-chic beach theme. Relax in the open plan living area, covered outdoor alfresco area, or rear wooden deck with large Hampton style deck chairs. The main open plan living area has futon couch and flat screen TV or retreat to the sleep-out/ third bedroom which has additional TV and couch.

Our place is on the river in a peaceful residential block, close to all amenities. We expect our guests to be quiet & leave the unit as found, (please do not move furniture or items) 1st floor (via stairs) within a complex of 9. There is a single lock up garage - H1960mm x W2400mm. Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. King bed-Seaside Getaway, self contained Studio, just across from spacious picturesque park and at the end of the park is a beautiful boardwalk linking Marcoola's white sandy beaches Relax in our Modern, Bright Studio with your own entry and balcony, cafe’s down stairs with and short walk along the beach boardwalk to surf club, resturants, IGA shops and everything you could possibly need. Twin Waters Golf Course a few kms away. Beautiful Mount Coolum as your Backdrop.

Mooloolaba’s Private Guest Studio Room

Newly renovated studio is seperate to the main house and has it’s own entrance and is complete with its own kitchenette, TV and private bathroom. Suitable for 2 adults (and kids on request) Tea and Instant Coffee are available for your convenience along with basic condiments for cooking. This private area is 1km walk from the beach and is great for exploring the area with your partner, family or just away on business, than this is the place for you.

Garden Bungalow located on Sunshine Coast .Walk to beach, park, cafes. 5 mins drive from airport and supermarket. Walk to public transport. The Space - has a living area ,dinning area, kitchen with gas cook top ( no oven) 120 L. fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, TV, DVD, CD . Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.

Make yourself at home in our coastal beachpad! We hope to provide a calm and relaxed space for your getaway to the Sunshine Coast. Whilst it is downstairs from the main residence where we live, it is completely separate with total privacy. Beachpad Yaroomba is very close to the beach and an easy drive to iconic Noosa to the north or Mooloolaba to the south.
