Dear Peter, hiring both the upstairs and downstairs was the perfect solution for our large family to visit Braunschweig and attend a family wedding in Riddagshausen. Spacious, modern and the ideal location to relax. We even had our extended family around for a courtyard bbq the day after the wedding. Everybody was thrilled with the property and facilities. Hopefully, we will be able to do the same again in coming years for large family gatherings. Thank you for providing this stunning property through Airbnb.

The apartment is in really good condition, it really has everything you need when traveling and the small details (fresh eggs, coffee powder, toothbrushes, deodorant, etc.) make the accommodation particularly pleasant. I felt extremely comfortable!

This accommodation is perfect in every way. From the very good check-in to the great opportunities offered, a stay here is first-class. A marvel has emerged from this old farmhouse, which was created with high-quality fabrics, a lot of attention to detail and well-selected and placed pieces of furniture (+ electrical appliances). I was able to spend some wonderful relaxed days with Monika and immediately felt comfortable. My dog and I were warmly welcomed and Monika also inquired repeatedly whether everything was OK. I found the apartment amazingly large and it has everything you need. I really enjoyed the tranquility and the proximity to the Elbe side canal, where you can take a wonderful walk - as well as on the numerous dirt roads around. I could have lain in the meadow for hours, watching the swallows or admiring the peacock. I'll be more than happy to come back! Thanks for a great stay!

Great - everything is great! Very nice apartment with the best view of the yacht harbor (just like in the photos). The location is great - within walking distance is the beautiful half-timbered old town of Celle. Hasan was very accessible and explained everything to me upon arrival and gave tips. Also great is the parking space in the underground parking lot and in my case also the electric car charging station directly on the harbor.

We had a super great weekend in a beautiful apartment. Unfortunately, we were only there to sleep, which was almost too bad for such a great apartment.

Markus was a wonderful Host. Very proactive and helpful. Truly loved his cosy place, peaceful and quiet. Amazing relaxing evening hours at the whirlpool. Definitely would be back to visit this Gem.

Together with my brother, we had to deal with the trade fair professionally. I found Ben's apartment spontaneously on the way. He reacted quickly and welcomed us together with his daughter. We felt right at home. Ben takes great care of the well-being of his guests. The apartment looks even bigger in person than in the pictures. If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet or proximity to the fair, or if you like to try out restaurant recommendations or are simply looking for a great Airbnb experience, this is the place for you. Thanks Ben and happy to do it again. :)

We stayed with 6 girls for a weekend in the penthouse and it was a very nice stay. When we arrived, everything was clean and just like the pictures. Since we were only there for a weekend, it was very accommodating for us that the kitchen was equipped with basic items. Such as spices, sugar, rice, oil... were available. But there are also shops in the vicinity, which can also be reached on foot. We had nice weather and were therefore also on the balcony, which is also equipped with a table. In the evening there was the hot tub, where everything worked out after a short question and try. The host was always available and helped quickly. We would love to come again in the summer.

We felt very comfortable, thank you very much. The idyllic location on the lake invites you to linger, a fire corner and the hot tub leave nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back!

We had a super nice weekend. The place was super clean and even nicer than in the photos. Bringing our dog was not an issue. For those who want to use the hot tub, the information is probably still interesting that it must already be turned on in the morning at winter temperatures so that it has the desired temperature in the evening.
