We had a great time in this spacious and modern house. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The wifi was fast, all the appliances are in great condition. Beautiful view on Tbilisi from the top balcony. Just keep in mind that parking next to the house is only for one car and there is nearby temporary construction.

We are so grateful for his hospitality and beautiful home. It stands out in a way few places do. The fireplace was fantastic during a cool nights and his neighbors were very kind. We fully recommend staying here if you're looking for a place due to its proximity to Tbilisi and Saguramo.

We've had a great BBQ party in the yard. The terrace on the third floor looks great, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The owners were very nice and helpful.

This home was perfect for my six week stay. The bedroom, kitchen and living area were the perfect size and the rooftop was a bonus. The views and the outdoor space were gorgeous and added much joy to my stay. Tamar was the ideal host, always friendly and responsive. We stayed at this lovely home in Tbilisi for a week with my wife and family, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from a well-stocked kitchen to reliable heating and cooling. The location was excellent, with all daily necessities like supermarkets, bakeries, and shops just a short walk away. This made everything very convenient and stress-free during our stay. The host was also very kind and responsive, always available whenever we had a question or request, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean, and well-located home for your stay, this is the perfect choice!

Great location, two three-bedroom apartments were great for our group. Very responsive host. Would stay there again.

Our second stay at Gizo’s place was just as great. The only problem is if you have toddlers, all the stairs to get to the house can be tough. And the stairs inside the home are steep as well. A Even for our children over 4 it was great. For our youngest who was 18 months it was tough and we had to carry him up and down many stairs along with luggage. If you have no kids or kids age 3+ than the place is 5 stars, no issues whatsoever!!

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

Perfect place in the center of Tbilisi!

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!
