It was a very pleasant stay. I really recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy nature but being close to Ioannina at the same time. Host was very nice, we were attending wedding, so he borrowed us an iron. He left some snacks on the table which was super nice. And he has the cutest dogs on earth. It is a little bit hard to find this place, so I recommend it to people with 🚗

Panagiotis is an excellent host. Communication with him was perfect and the house was very good and covered all our needs. I would recommend the place for a visit to Ioannina city. You will definitely need a car to get in the city center but it is located in a peaceful place called Pedini and you have easy access to the roads leading to the surrounding places to visit. It will be our choise the next time we visit the city. Totally recommended!

Every corner was well thought out, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere that made you feel immediately at home. Special mention should be made of the quality of the mattress, which ensured a truly restful sleep after our walks in the city. Beyond aesthetics and comfort, the privacy offered by the accommodation played a decisive role in our impeccable experience. We felt completely comfortable and independent throughout our stay. And of course, a huge advantage, especially for Ioannina, was the provision of parking. This solved our hands and saved us from looking for a place, which is very important in the city. Overall, it was an excellent choice for our stay in Ioannina and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an accommodation that combines comfort, style, privacy and practicality.
