The apartment consists of 90 square meters divided into 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and 1 interior patio in which smoking is allowed. The living room is currently unavailable for personal reasons, but the dining room can be used! My 3 kittens and I live in the apartment. Very good transportation connection to anywhere in the city. Located 8 minutes from Plaza del Pilar and Plaza España, and 5 minutes from the tram.
