Apartment holiday rentals in Mount Spokane

This was a very peaceful, clean, and comfortable stay away from any hint of hustle and bustle! Be sure to stop somewhere for groceries (the local general store is very limited). The whole place was well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms, including games, towels, and an electric bbq on the patio with the most amazing view. We were looking for a quiet scenic get away and this place nailed it. Fishing access was great, space for camp chairs and a lunch box! No fish caught, but the views kept our eyes occupied anyway. Carts in the well lit parking garage were nice to make a single trip with luggage and groceries through the elevators. We recommend using the optional key for entry, the long code was a bit cumbersome with timing it right, but the key worked great. Internet speed was more than sufficient for streaming (after a phone call we learned the directv boxes and fireplace are disconnected). HVAC was adjustable and very comfortable. We are looking forward to returning.

Phillip and his wife have been very kind to us. We were scheduled to arrive early the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. communication with them was easy and friendly. They even made sure we had extra chairs available for our Thanksgiving dinner with family. Unfortunately on our way to Idaho we were in a massive car accident that left us in the hospital for several days. We missed out on our stay at this property. Philip and his wife were very understanding and sent us all the well wishes and healing vibes. We recommend staying at this property based on the kindness we received from the hosts. We will certainly be attempting another stay with them as soon as we can.

It was one of my favorite Airbnb places that I stayed in . It was very spacey, very private very clean and free of clutter I loved everything about it. Very recommended. If you have a family or a group couple that’s on vacation.

We had a great stay at the condo. It was very conveniently located next to Rocket Market and right by trail access to the bluff. The space was comfortable, clean and just as advertised. Would definitely stay again.

Great place! Condo was very quiet and peaceful. Short walk to several restaurants, shopping, and movie theater. We enjoyed walking along the nearby trail after dinner and along the river. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

Seasons is just a lovely resort-style development and extraordinary views of the lake - wonderful private beach and fun pool! Our condo was just perfect! Would definitely recommend and also would stay again!!

Perfect family space! Great kitchen area to cook & eat together. Living room was cozy & plenty of room. Loved the sleeping areas to spread out & have our own rooms. Enjoyed our mountain condo time here!

Great location! It felt very safe, walkable to downtown park, marina, and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The condo was clean, relaxing and the king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this condo.

When we started to plan our first US long drive experience as a family last (January 2025) it was like 6 months before our travel date (June 2025), I'm searching Air Bnb locations which I messaged 8 host and only Robbie/ Torey were very responsive about our travel/ locations inquiries to the point Torey phoned me thru long distance call from US to Canada, which I appreciated. Eversince we booked their property, they were very responsive in our inquiries and accomodating to our needs and requests. The check in and check out procedures were very detailed in a hospitable and professional manner. Highly recommended with 101% great customer service rating.

My husband and I stayed here while on work in the area for 18 weeks. It was a nice area with great walking trails and beautiful views. Close to town with lots of food and shopping options. Laura was very helpful and a great host. Very comfortable place. It was clean and stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely book here again when in the area.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. This was the perfect place and had everything we needed and then some. It was so nice to come home here after some really long days. It was clean, cozy and private with the cutest backyard to sit and relax. Gabriella's place had all the amenities, plus we each had our own rooms, and space to unwind. The garage parking and easy access to the freeway only added to our wonderful experience. Great place and great host! Look forward to staying here again when in town. Loved it!

This is the perfect place in Sandpoint if you prefer some peace and quiet to being right downtown (which is nonetheless an easy 30ish-minute walk on a dedicated path). The house itself is lovely, well-furnished, with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen/living area and packed with thoughtful little extras everywhere. The beds are super comfortable, and there's a cute, small porch out back with a fire table and view of the creek. Would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sydney’s lakefront condo! It is a great location to walk into downtown for restaurants, bars and shopping. Convenient to the Long Bridge walk as well. Well appointed for cooking in as well and the BBQ area was very much appreciated.

We stayed at this delightful, cozy condo just half a mile from Mount Spokane (we hiked it!) for our son’s wedding, and it was the perfect home away from home. The location was peaceful and scenic, and the full kitchen was a big plus. The view from the condo was outstanding and brought a sense of serenity to our stay. Kristin was a wonderful host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming—which made our 8-day visit even more enjoyable. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax between events. We’re grateful to have found such a special place for such an important occasion and plan to return in the future. Although about a 40-minute drive from Spokane, the scenic route made the trip enjoyable. Ideal for skiing trips, peaceful getaways, or—like in our case—a perfect home base for special events. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Condo del Sol. This unit was clean, very well stocked and provided lots of extras like a pack and play, sound machines, kayaks, tennis rackets and extra towels. We used the pool daily, it was never too busy even on a long holiday weekend. Location is walkable to the city beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely look for this unit when we return next summer.

Our condo was right on the water. We used the kayaks one morning, and the unit was just right for two people. I snore, so slept on the sofa couch and my husband used the bedroom. The sofa bed was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever slept on! Overall, great deal and very close to everything in Sandpoint. Just know that you have to get out of your car and put the code for the unit into the gate to get into the parking lot for the unit.

We had a great time. Loved the house. Tran was great. The only difference is the bedroom list as one queen and a single is a a queen bunk bed.

This is an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spectacular scenic mountain view from the tall wide window in the living room and balcony is second to none! I captured some amazing picture on my phone, including sunrise, thunder storm & lightning, etc. The condo itself was well stocked with everything you’d need to make it a comfortable home. My kids loved the reading room! Anna, was an amazing hostess! Prompt and clear communication all the time. She made sure we were comfortable and safe! Definitely will stay again!

I want to thank Sam for the opportunity to stay in his beautiful condo. My family of 4 got to enjoy a clean environment, along with many activities. We took advantage of all amenities from mini golf, swimming, basketball and shopping. We spend a beautiful day at the beach in Sandpoint. The staff at Stoneridge were pleasant and helpful. They treated us with kindness and a smile. Sam, was a wondeful host. The room was welcoming and floors were freshly remodeled. We will be booking this trip again in the near future. Thank you!
