We needed a quiet and cozy place for ourselves and our cats to get through the recent power outages. Our host, Gentry, was responsive from the start by confirming power and internet before we confirmed our booking. This cozy cottage is immaculate and comforting. It is tucked in a wooded area and fenced for privacy. Gentry checked in with us frequently without being intrusive and was clearly focused on our stay being exactly the experience we wanted to have. This space truly gave us light in the darkness and warm sanctuary from the cold of the storm. Thank you!

From the deer and bunnies that greeted us on arrival, to the frogs that sang us to sleep at night, we felt immersed in nature and fully relaxed. The treehouse makes incredible use of a small space and the bed was so very cozy. This Airbnb is super cute and very walkable to the downtown area. Rosalind had the bread maker set up to bake a loaf for us the morning after we arrived. It was great! There was plenty of coffee (also set up for our first morning.) This is a perfect location for the tunnel marathon. Rosalind asked why we were in town and I mentioned the marathon. She had an array of recovery products displayed in a little foot soaking tub as well as a foam roller and yoga mat. She definitely caters to her clients and is very thoughtful. We have stayed in many Airbnb places over the years and Rosalind is the best manager we have encountered.
