Very well thought through place for every detail, with a mix of 70s wood style and some higher tech upgrades like the main bathroom mirror with light and anti fog, or sensor lights. Kate was very responsive and accommodating for the 1 baby & 1 toddler we asked for. The place was stocked with all necessary items especially in the kitchen with appliances and cutlery, coffee, tea. There were 2 hairdryers, nice shampoo and conditioner, shower gel.

Moizs was an amazing host. Very accommodating, quick response, had some great recommendations for local restaurants, shopping, etc. Bloomingdale is a cute and nice suburb of Chicago. We had a great trip and we will definitely be back.

Everything looked exactly like the pictures. So much to do at the house that we wished we would have stayed an extra day or two. Lots of space for our group of 7.

It was wonderful for a family with kids. Very clean. Great location. Comfortable beds. Sound system that you could control from an app and play music in any room. Games in basement were perfect for kids of all ages That was great. Would happily stay again.

They were a fantastic host, very responsive to every question and anything we needed. The location is quiet and amazing, great place to relax and enjoy time. love the pool! Will definitely stay again. 100% recommend!

Stayed here the night before my wedding with my siblings who stayed the night of the wedding. We hosted our getting ready portion here for the morning of the wedding and Olinka and Daniel were gracious enough to allow us to stay in their beautiful home. Made for gorgeous pictures and a comfortable stay both nights. Thank you!!

My friend and I booked with Patrick because it was an easy place to find in between where we live. It was also important that it was pet friendly because I had my 2 dachshunds and she had her German shepherd mix with a toddler. Kiddo enjoyed the pool, and the doggos loved the yard. We all felt at home!

A great place to stay, we were a group of three visiting and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space for all three of us to be able to do our own thing when we wanted and not get in each others way. Deck and outdoor patio area with the firepit were fantastic for nice evenings. Small things like good water pressure and hot water were A+ which really makes all the difference for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful view! The house was cute and clean and very comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice! Also, the Fox River Trail is right out the back door. It’s great for walking, biking or running along the river.

The hosts were incredibly nice! They truly did care about our stay. My stay consisted of recovering from a surgery. They went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and cared for! I got to enjoy the home and my husband got to go across the street to the beautiful park to fish. The questions we did have received quick responses every time. Next time we are in the area, we will be going back!

We stayed at Vic’s place when our floors were getting refinished. Location was convenient and it had the amenities we needed for our family for a few days.

Jimmy was friendly and helpful; his directions were clear and simple. The house is tidy and completely dust free. It’s inviting, but unpretentious, set in the most appealing area walking distance from a lake. Kitchen is suitably equipped. Towels were fluffy, bedding was inviting. AC gets cold.

We had a fantastic stay! James was extremely attentive and accommodating, communication was seamless from start to finish. The location was ideal for our family, just minutes from Six Flags, which made our trip so convenient. The house itself was incredibly spacious, giving everyone room to relax without feeling crowded. We especially appreciated waking up to the peaceful sound of birds chirping each morning, such a nice touch of nature. Every living area had its own TV, which made downtime easy for everyone, and the ping pong table added a fun extra activity for the family. The home was spotless upon arrival, very clean and well kept. You can tell the host takes pride in maintaining the property. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!

The house was very clean, easy to find, and lots of nearby parks. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, pots, and silverware. Maggie was responsive and allowed us late check-out :)

The hosts, Narcis and Gabriel, were fantastic — extremely responsive, clear in their communication. They provided detailed instructions that made check-in, check-out, and everything in between seamless. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very family-friendly, with easy access to main roads — a great location if you're planning to explore Chicago without the stress of city parking. Having a car made it easy to get around, and the area itself felt peaceful and well-kept. If you're visiting the Chicago area and looking for a clean, elegant, and well-managed place to stay, I highly recommend Casa22. We would absolutely love to return!

Townhouse was bigger then it looked - so lots of room! Clean and comfortable. Beautiful back yard. Nice neighborhood. Walkable. Neighboring community had a well documented history of the area and great weekly outdoor concerts. Host was responsive and accommodating. Not to detour from the positives, but some might be concerned with the closeness of the humming large power lines.

The house is lovely! Better than the pictures, just as all of the reviews say. The showers are incredible. The master bathroom is a dream. We had everything we needed & more. We don’t have a single complaint. We definitely plan on booking here again.

The property is very well located with beautiful walking paths and nearby parks. It has a lot of internal space it is clean and practical and well equipped. I was working that week and was able to zoom without an issue all week, so the internet connection was good for us.

The little house felt like home while my husband and friends were in town for a co vent job. The place was clean, we had everything we needed, and the place was very thoughtfully organized and decorated. We found what we needed easily and had enough space easily for the group. Our hosts responded to messages when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here, the neighborhood is beautiful and safe and there’s lots of access to entertainment, food and shopping.

This home is AWESOME. It is VERY LARGE and VERY SPACIOUS. The bonus room in the basement with table hockey, basketball toss, assorted games, and a hide-a-bed sofa is great. Lori is VERY VERY RESPONSIVE. The home is in a VERY SAFE and walkable neighborhood. Snyder Park (with a playground) is a 5-7 minute walk (on same street). It TRULY is just a 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk to the Ravinia Festival Center! We loved the home, and our stay. I highly recommend 😉

We had a wonderful stay at Jehu’s home while in town for my husband’s MBA graduation. It was the perfect space for our family and friends to gather and celebrate over the weekend. The house is spacious, very well maintained, and has a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. Every amenity we needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The real highlight was the backyard — a peaceful and charming spot where we enjoyed our breakfasts each morning. It truly added to the overall experience. Javier is a great host. Lovely home. There is a Target and Walmart and other stores close. Quiet neighborhood, close to the expressways. My son loved the backyard pretty big playground for kids to play on. Would definitely book to stay here again.
