Excellent place close to the Strip. The views were AMAZING! They were very attentive and communicative. The amenities and pool courtesy were very nice to have as well. It takes a while to receive your security deposit - still waiting on mine.

Bed is amazing. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Coffee pot quit working on us and Raphael was there with a replacement in minutes. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends and I would most definitely stay again

Jordan's place was beautiful! Everything looked new! The ac was great for hot Vegas! The shower was top tier! Loved it and would stay again.

I was so impressed with this stay. I had a few requests/questions and Kimia was very responsive and went out of her way to make our stay great. Location is awesome and there is an indoor bridge to get over to MGM Grand Casino/pool. The Signature pools were great, and we went over to the MGM Grand pool one day for the Lazy River. The monorail at MGM makes it easy to get around. The view was amazing, and the private patio was an awesome bonus. The front desk was also very helpful and accommodating. Very impressed with the entire stay and would absolutely recommend!

We booked this place in the very last minute so we weren’t expecting anything. But Conway’s place is so much better than what we expected - it’s cozy, clean, at a great location (10-15 minutes drive from the strip), and quiet. We will definitely stay again if we ever come to vegas.

Great location centrally located off the hustle and bustle of the strip but close enough to access it easily. Wonderful view as well.

We throughly enjoyed staying at Wyndham, had a fantastic time. Definitely would stay here again when coming to Las Vegas. Thank you for the great experience

First of all, our stay in this home ended up being an amazing and super, super comfortable experience. Vallietas home was beautiful, beautifully furnished, and very well put together. The couple things that we didn’t like have anything to do with our host or the effort put into this home, however I do think it’s important to note! Because of the position of all the windows and the sun setting, it took a very long time to get the apt to a comfortable temp once we got there at 3p. Once it caught up, it was totally wonderful in the apt. The dog relief area is disappointing for the most part. No shade, very small, but I feel Like that’s a given for Las Vegas. It took a full day for our puppy to even want to use the area because of all the smells and the heat of June. Also, the pool was “under maintenance” and out of commission since April. This was a big setback. Otherwise, the stay was amazing and the host was so sweet and responsive. Will definitely stay again one day!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated and exactly what we needed and wanted. It truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this place for your visit. Easy entering. Very clean and modern inside. Safe. Lots of restaurants from a walking distance and bus stop. This place will make you feel right at home. Paul is very responsive at all times. You get everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. Also there’s a balcony for chilling. Very nice! I’d definitely stay here again when visiting LV. :)

Our stay was great! America communications was amazing! The instructions were clear on how to get to the condo and it was super clean! Highly recommend.

KoKo’s AirB&B is awesome! The beds and pillows were super comfy, and the bathrooms provided a lot of space to put your stuff. The kitchen was really nice too! The kitchen provided most of the things that you would normally need for cooking. Overall, the AirB&B was wonderful. KoKo is a great host too! Will definitely book again if we are going back to Vegas.

Great stay! So nice to be a block or 2 of the main strip, but close enough to walk to everything. Enjoyed the more quiet atmosphere without a casino & still a great location with a fun/relaxing pool! Great to have a kitchen/refrigerator/coffee maker etc. Would definitely stay again!!

Excellent stay , Great Communication , Everything was well worth it

The resort is beautiful and quiet. We liked being able to park in the garage with close proximity to the elevators. We stayed in building 1 facing the pool. The room was nice with a comfortable bed, linens, and pillows. We loved having a washer and dryer in the condo so we could wash our clothes before traveling. We were in town for a family wedding so this was a great place to come back to for some peace and quiet.

Stayed here with my girlfriends for my 50th birthday. Great location! Close to everything and away from all the chaos. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. The only thing was the guy at the counter where they give you the wristbands at check in. He wanted to give me a "free" gift after I take a tour of the grounds the next morning. He would not take no for an answer and was very aggressive. After telling him no 4 times (!) I had to just grab the wristbands and leave. Not the fault of the host since its a time share, but just be aware. Highly recommended!

Peaceful escape from the strip and nice surroundings for walking and biking

A very fast responder to any issues you’ll have or questions you have. Very detailed description of airbnb, easy to get into the place with the easy to follow instructions. Very respectful and checked in on us and made sure everything was okay. The place was nice and it felt welcoming.

Our stay was wonderful, any questions or concerns that we had were answered very quickly. the pool area was clean, I would stay here again.

This place is perfect. Great location, inside the platinum hotel right next to the Flamingo. The place is huge. 2.5 bathrooms that are extravagant. The pool is awesome, the food at the restaurant is fantastic. The view is great. Rent this place, you won’t be disappointed.
