Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Mount Alexander Shire

This property was absolutely amazing inside and out. The table tennis table, pool and spa made this property even more outstanding. Would definitely recommend.

Jackie and David were perfect hosts: friendly, communicative and responsive. Stone Edge - North Cottage was nestled among beautiful gardens, surrounded by peaceful bush. Our four night stay was wonderful! The cottage was generously stocked with everything we could possibly need (plentiful eggs, bread, fruit, biscuits and more); fresh flowers and music made us feel welcomed! It was only a 15 minute walk to the botanic gardens and very close to The Mill. We will definitely be back. (Perhaps next time we’ll stay in the south cottage - David showed me around - it was also gorgeous!) Thank you Jackie and David for ensuring our stay was so enjoyable!

Absolutely stunning restoration. The house warm, clean and well equipped with beautiful views over the vines, particularly at sunset. We had a lovely weekend at Mafic House and will definitely be back! Thank you for having us.

This place is fantastic! A unique comfy home. Heaps of room. Super clean. Very comfy beds! I cannot think of a single criticism. it was perfection. Would happily stay again.

We loved our stay at “The Cottage”! Michael was a friendly and responsive host. The place was spacious, spotless, and set in beautiful surroundings. The bed linen and towels were top quality—we had the best sleep in ages. The “basics” provided far exceeded expectations: milk, wine, soft drinks, tea, coffee, snacks, and more. Ample firewood made it easy to enjoy the indoor fire whenever we were in. Despite a rainy weekend, we still relaxed in the hot tub with a glass of wine. Kyneton is a charming town—we enjoyed wine tasting at Kyneton Ridge Winery, breakfast at Little Sparrow, and dinner at Dhaba at the Mill. Can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay at Marnie's place! It's in a beautiful location close to Daylesford town and surrounded by nature and wildlife.

We absolutely LOVED our little vacay to the clergy cottage. The cottage was so beautifully designed, every single detail was thoughtfully deisgned from the beautiful countertops, the clever folding awning, flyscreens on all the doors/ windows, the zip tap.. so well appointed. The cottage backs onto a paddock and the views were so gorgeous with a friendly neighborhood horse, ducks and kangaroos. Castlemaine and kyneton are in close proximity for cafes/restaurants, but taradale has a cute little country drinking hole/ wine bar and you can grab a coffee from Ox pottery. One call out is that you share the courtyard and outdoor areas with the owner who occupies the church (although they werent there when we were), not a big deal but wasnt listed in description. Highly reccomend

Ironbark is a wonderful gem of an Airbnb. We have traveled the world and Ironbark is the best property that we have stayed in. Feeling so blessed to have found Murray's place, he is a super host as well. The house was spotless, peaceful and very comfortable. The fireplace created such a cozy ambiance & really kept everything warm. The heating blankets on all beds was an added luxury! Kangaroos grazing & dancing on the property were quite the novelty for us Americans. Stargazing from the hot tub on chilly nights was a memorable experience. Thank you Murray & Melinda for creating such a comfy & peaceful retreat.
