Beautiful, very quiet 70 m2 apartment with all amenities located on the 1st and top floor. It is 5 minutes from the highway junction between the A71 and the A89, exit 12.1. You will be the only occupants of this building in the heart of Combronde city center. A large enclosed courtyard is available to park your vehicle. Close to all shops (supermarket, bakeries, butcher and health professionals) this accommodation is fully equipped (TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen, baby kit) No pets.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Pleasant, family house

The house was built of former horse stables and will surprise it with many pretty details. The house is very comfortably furnished: on the ground floor there is a well-equipped open kitchen with dining area as well as a comfortable living room with TV/DVD. Everything is spacious, open and cozy designed. On the upper floor are two bedrooms with a private bathroom, either with shower or bathtub. In addition, there are two outdoor seating areas with barbecue facilities.

Welcome! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who moved to the green heart of France in late 2020. We speak some French, also English and our mother tongue German. We invite you to discover the calm and charm of our new region, the Auvergne. In our house you will find a rustic vegetable garden, Vietnamese pigs and ancient chickens. The swimming pool and terrain are shared with other guests. The property is not baby/child proof.
