Holiday rentals with a patio in Mostacciano

Appartamento bellissimo, in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla metro. Tutto è arredato con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli, con finiture recenti e in tonalità chiare e piacevoli. La cucina è ampia e davvero ben attrezzata, con utensili, stoviglie e elettrodomestici di alta qualità. Il letto è comodo, con biancheria pulita e confortevole, e il bagno spazioso e curato. L’intero appartamento era impeccabilmente pulito, ordinato e accogliente. Andrea è stato un anfitrione eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci con consigli utili. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa.

Pietro and his team are truly wonderful hosts. The penthouse is lovely, clean and the terrace is spectacular. We had a 2 and 6 year old with us and they loved the place. It’s a bit out of the city center so be prepared to Uber back and forth throughout the day, if planning on doing tourist things. The Skylife team is incredibly responsive and helpful, they picked up a stroller for us to use last minute which saved the day and when we accidentally left our daughters tablet in the penthouse after checkout Pietro shipped it to us at our next location. Really above and beyond!

Paolo und Claudio sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation und Check-in war einfach. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Der private und ruhige Balkon ist sehr einladend. Um Rom zu erkunden war es eine gute Entscheidung hier paar Tage zu verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter. Danke Paolo und Claudio.

Our 1-night stay at Sara's place was great and ideal for an early morning flight from the airport. The apt was very clean and communication was great. Sara even ordered a local taxi for us and sent restaurants recommendations.

It was amazing, no complaints, Francesco was a great and responsive host. It was very close (5 min walk) to the station and around 20 minutes by train from Rome Termini so it is very convenient. Just be aware that you will have to bring your own laundry detergent if you're looking to use the washing machine as it is not included. Would definitely stay here again :)

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

An amazing place and neighborhood that is welcoming and all green. The location is amazing and walkable to restaurant and the supermarket around the corner was a big plus. The house is as same as seen in the website and even better. The host is amazing and she was waiting for us to show us all details and to give local recommendations. She was very communicative with speed of response to whatever we needed.

Wir hatten sehr schöne drei Tage in Rom. Giorgia ist super sympathisch, antwortet schnell und hilft direkt, wenn es Probleme gibt. Ihre Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und liegt optimal, sodass man ganz einfach mit Bus und Bahn ins Zentrum von Rom kommt. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und geben unsere besten Empfehlungen!

Very clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There’s a courtyard where you can relax after an active day in the center of Rome, just what you need. The atmosphere is calm, like being at home in a countryside house. They helped us with the airport transfer, Maria met us and drove us to the house. The owner also provided helpful advice on the best way to get to Rome, which was very much appreciated. I recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway outside of Rome.

Great location right on the beach. Host quickly responded to questions asked and even let us check in early. The location is right next to a bar/restaurant which had live music to listen to in the evening. It was a little loud with the music and the airplanes flying overhead, but we didn't mind and loved being right next to the ocean.

Mia mamma ha soggiornato nell’appartamento di Gabriele per 12 giorni. Non avremo potuto chiedere di meglio. L’appartamento è stato da poco completamente rinnovato. Luminosissimo e splendidamente arredato. Dotato di una terrazza con vista acquedotti romani meravigliosa. La casa pulitissima è dotata di tutti i comfort. I proprietari sono stati semplicemente deliziosi, sempre disponibili e gentili. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questo appartamento! Noi faremo ritorno in autunno!

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Le logement est conforme à la description, propre et bien situé, avec une terrasse très agréable au rez-de-chaussée. Claudine a été extrêmement gentil et accueillant, malgré la barrière de la langue, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très chaleureux. Les voisins du dessus étaient parfois un peu bruyants, mais cela restait raisonnable et n’a pas gâché notre expérience. Une bonne adresse pour un séjour tranquille !

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung Auch wenn etwas außerhalb gelegen dem ersten Anschein nach, war man doch schnell überall wohin man wollte. Vor allem mit denöffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Cafés und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in allen Variationen sind gleich bei der Bushaltestelle. Alles gut, hatten es fein.
