Cosy, friendly home. Kitchen use & breakfast!

Double back bedroom in a homely oasis close to Manchester's centre. The house is full of plants, maps & books, plus a woodburner, 2 cats... & 1 friendly human. It's in a diverse inner-city neighbourhood just 2 miles from the city centre & close to frequent buses into town (15mins) & to airport. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for simple meals and a help-yourself breakfast is included. My cats have big, friendly personalities. If you're not a cat fan, this may not be the place for you!

Large Bedroom in a victorian terrace house in leafy Whalley Range right on the border with Chorlton. 2 miles out of the centre of the city in a thriving, multicultural neighbourhood. Great transport links to the centre of the city, universities, airport and Media City. Tram and bus stops a short walk away, as are a great bars, restaurants, coffee shops and anything else you might need. In keeping with the neighbourhood we welcome guests from every race, religion, gender identity and sexuality.

Room fully furnished: double bed, wardrobe, desk and chairs. Large window onto a quiet back garden. Bathroom and living space are shared. (Toilets and bathroom are separated). Room also available as a regular Monday to Friday rental for Manchester commuters. NB 1 - Room not suitable as an office space / home working / business NB 2 - Kitchen use limited to tea/coffee/salad prep. + microwave - no cooking/baking NB 3 - Only letting to people with positive reviews (not available if "0 reviews")

The washing machine is available only to guests that stay for more than 5 days. Close to Old Trafford Cricket Club, Manchester United FC, Trafford Centre, and City Centre Manchester. Public Transport 5 mins walk to bus stop., Tram stations 10 minute walk.
