Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a true oasis for biodiversity!

You will be independent, in a perfectly equipped house: kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, traditional ovens and microwave, 2 double bedrooms, terrace with barbecue in a closed and private garden. Ideal for disconnecting in the countryside, while being in the heart of the village. If needed, I live nearby in the village. Free parking at 20 meters. If you wish, end of stay cleaning for €40 if you wish.

On the 1st floor, it comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a small lounge area, and on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a shower room. Le Cosy is located within a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angouleme (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.). But also to: - 1h 05 from La Vallee des Singes - 1h20 of the first beaches on the Atlantic coast - 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Zoo de la Palmyre, Futuroscope or Bordeaux - 1h40 from the Aquarium of La Rochelle or the Poitevin marsh We live there in the terraced house at Le Cosy.

Located in one of the most beautiful villages of Charente, this authentic chabourne, entirely renovated, offers a panoramic view of the Charente valley and the river, which you can contemplate from the terrace. Hiking trail, bike flow, nearby swimming areas and taverns... In summer, our village is a paradise! A true cocoon, the wood stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common space with sofa BZ, kitchen and dining area, fridge, plate... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th.. For the summer season ( July-August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Welcome to our wooden cabin with its fireplace and boat. The cabin is located on the edge of a pond and next to a forest. Here you will find peace and the sounds of nature. We live in a cul-de-sac in a small hamlet, 2 km from the center of Ronsenac, 5 km from Villebois-Lavalette and 25 min south of Angoulême.
