The best airbnb we've stayed in! The pictures of the post don't do its justice for the breathtaking view that stunned us the moment we arrived. The house is beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well maintained and more than fully stocked. So perfect, that we could've stayed forever.:) I left my phone time-lapsed the midnight run's movement overnight in the living room. Couldn't think of anywhere else could offer such comfort. Marius was very responsive and considerate. The instruction to find the house is clear. Just pay attention to the house #. It will help in finding the way. Located conveniently close to Leknes which has everything. Minor notes: no microwave nor shampoo. But the place was so flawless that we didn't mind. A sidenote - Sorry I turned off the heater coz it's warm. I only learned later that in Norway it is probably more energy efficient to leave the main heater on all the time. I should have known better. A truly unforgettable experience-highly recommend!

Amazing place to experience the magic of Lofoten!!! Breathtaking view right from the veranda, with tall mountains, fishing cabins of Å and Værøy island in the distance... It is easy to lose the track of time just looking at this beauty and how it subtly changes from hour to hour and from day to day. Very roomy and comfortable house with everything that we needed. Countless hikes start right from the front door, and there are also a number of restaurants within walking distance or short drives. Tone's recommendations were invaluable to understand and enjoy the different aspects of island life. Thank you Tone for your hospitality!!!

What a dream! This beautifully renovated apartment, nestled right in nature, truly exceeded our expectations. Every detail shines with freshness and tasteful design. The interior blends modern comfort with rustic charm, making the space feel cozy, stylish, and wonderfully serene. Waking up to the tranquil surroundings was pure bliss — it felt like a private escape from the hustle and bustle. The location is perfect for nature lovers: peaceful, peaceful, peaceful. A top‑class retreat — we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a rejuvenating getaway in the great outdoors!

The seafront cabin in Vestvagoy was exceptional. It was exactly as described. Welcoming gifts were left for us including fresh cut flowers. The living space was very spacious and modern, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The living space was located on two levels. Both areas had large windows facing the harbor and nearby mountains. Our host was very attentive and proactive. We never had an issue with communication or the house. The one thing to note is that there is no parking available next to the house. Cars need to park on the hill above the house. This means you must walk up & down two flights of stairs to access the car or the house. To avoid having to carry suitcases up & down the stairs, we drove down an alley located behind the row of houses, unloaded/loaded our suitcases and then parked up on the hill. Once in the house, our stay was so enjoyable and memorable.

Authentic Norwegian home in a very central area in the South of the Lofoten. Wonderful view from the large windows of the living room. Very well equipped kitchen, a great supermarket is just a few minutes away. Warm and familiar atmosphere

Amazing location. Spacious. Very well equipped kitchen. Great shower. Warm underfloor heating in bathroom. Rooms warmed very quickly with good temp control. Good washing machine & tumble dryer/drying rack. Very helpful host - met us on arrival, cleared deep snow off steps, driveway & car. Comfortable bed. Limited headroom in one of the bedrooms (as pictured). Many thanks - would recommend.

We had a lovely stay, close to the start of the Reinebringen trail. The apartment and view are really nice and Kirsti is a very kind host. Very nice place to spend a few days.

Perfect location, you can walk to the shops and from Leknes you can get to any place of interest in an hour. Despite the good location, it is a quiet and easily accessible place. The apartment is very modern, nice and comfortable and is well maintained. And the host gives you independence. To put a minimum, but they fall a little short in details such as gel (there was none), coffee and other kitchen accessories that are usually in other accommodations. In any case, I would return with my eyes closed.

The stay was pretty cozy and nice.

Astrid’s place was warm, homey and had everything we needed from the bathroom to kitchen. There are two living rooms to relax in after a warm shower. We were greeted by Astrid and her dog Luna during our stay. Leknes was a good town with multiple supermarkets.

Lovely place in an even better location! I’ve got to say this was one of the most well-equipped properties I’d been in. They had everything from washing powder, dishwasher tablets and kitchen items, even a pair of binoculars! I’d definitely recommend this place.

Anne Lise is a wonderful, responsive and available host. He helped us with all the information we needed. Nusfjord is a paradise on earth. I couldn't recommend staying in Nusfjord and at Anne Lise's accommodation any more. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, we felt at home. The fact that there is a private parking space at the door is incredible. The local population in Nusfjord is very friendly and helpful. The bakery is wonderful, the best in Lofoten. We were also lucky enough to be visited by a friendly couple of rabbits, who happily hopped through the forest behind the house. Everything is wonderful there! I totally recommend it. The apartment is well-located in a quiet spot within walking distance of restaurants and an easy 15 minute walk to the Reinebringer trailhead. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom has an excellent shower. Everything in the apartment is high quality.

We had a very nice say at Tim’s Place. It has all essentials you need and is very nice located with amazing views on the mountains. It was a well chosen base to go for hiking. Due to the nice location we also had the pleasure to enjoy northern lights during one night when the sky was clear. We will definitely come back

Congrats on the layout! We loved staying at this apartment. Very well located for visiting Les Lofoten, close to shops for shopping. Very clean accommodation, very well furnished, very well equipped, connected tv. We had a great stay at Beate’s place. Communication with her was fast and easy—she was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The apartment was clean and in a convenient location, close to grocery stores and other shops, which made getting what we needed really simple. Everything was as expected, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed 3 nights and this new apartment allowed us to explore Lofoten with ease - Leknes was close by for everything we needed. Clean tidy uncluttered - it got to be said.

Fantastic nice and practical apartment. It had great space and absolutely everything you need to enjoy both short and long stays. Very central to explore the whole of Lofoten. We spent three days and experienced an incredible amount. And we slept very well in the quiet and peaceful area where the apartment was located. Thanks a great stay!

We had the pleasure of staying 8 days over Easter at Roger's apartment in Ballstad. We have traveled home incredibly happy and satisfied. The apartment is lovely and central with walking distance to everything from shopping to hiking routes to bus stop. Check-in was super easy and no problem. The apartment lived up to the photos. The bed and duvets were great. The bathroom had a great shower and was clean and tidy. The kitchen lacked nothing and the living room invited for coziness. Outside there was a table and bench we had lunch by and enjoyed the view. It was a great luxury that we didn't have to clean the head, just put the towels in the laundry basket. Thank you for that. All in all, we felt incredibly at home, and could have easily taken another week. We would recommend the place and Roger as a host to anyone who would like to visit Ballstad. Roger was a great host who helped us get home as no buses drove from Ballstad. 100% worth a visit and a place we want to come back to.

The apartment is very nice, the things in the apartment are neat and clean, and there are many kinds of things, which makes us feel very cozy. The owner was very attentive and responded to our messages promptly to help us find the apartment. The experience was really good. Highly recommended!
