Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from equipment for our one-year-old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the city center of Granville only ten minutes' walk away. Granville train station is easily accessible. Local shops are appreciable, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes, pharmacy and bakery are also nearby. We had a very pleasant stay in Granville. Everything was as in the pictures, at first the bathroom smelled a bit of drain, but stopped after we left the light and the exhaust in the bathroom on. Everything else is great.

Perfect house for a weekend with children and grandchildren. The house is comfortable, very well equipped. Matches the description. A beautiful environment, For hiking and seeing the Ange Michel park. The owner is very responsive to answering questions.

Very nice house, well-equipped both inside and outside, quiet with a large garden. Good communication with Myriam and Gilles. The only small downside (but which did not concern us): 2 bedrooms that can be difficult to access for people with reduced mobility because of the miller's ladder to access them. Very good stay spent with friends.

Excellent stay, and great communication

We stayed here for our first holiday with our daughter- it was the perfect location, nice and quiet but within walking distance of the village (and the boulangerie!) There was loads of space for her to play in, both inside and outside, and it was pretty easy to get to the local towns and local attractions. Would love to stay here again.

We spent an extended stay in this beautiful house that has just been built. It is very large and the landscape is splendid in almost all the rooms. We were able to enjoy the sublime sunsets from the hot tub. We also want to thank the concierge for their welcome, advice, kindness and responsiveness.

Stéphane and Vincent are very nice their house is very clean and very functional. Small downside the stairs for the elderly ( Stéphane specifies it well before confirming the reservation ) You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay Thanks again to Stéphane and Vincent for your kind hospitality.

We had a lovely stay in Granville. The apartment is as advertised and is very well located (2 min from the city center on foot and 5 min from the martime train station). Régine welcomed us very warmly in the apartment and the communication with was clear and fluid. We would recommend this listing.

We had my husband and I had a very pleasant stay everything was really perfect A spacious, well appointed, quiet and impeccable apartment with very comfortable bedding. Very clean accommodation, close to the city center but in a quiet neighborhood, very well furnished, nothing is missing for a good stay. Fabien is very responsive and attentive to these guests.

Apartment facing the harbor absolutely great to live to the rhythm of fishermen and tides. Very well located, everything is on foot whether it is the walks by the sea, the old town or the city center with artist shops and independents. The apartment is as described, well arranged with a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful living room, ideal for cocooning. The plus, the garage and the private elevator.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the center of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard in which you can park the cars. All surrounded by a fence that makes it so there are no neighbors. We didn't meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back
