Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Morocco

Apartment is as described. Location is walkable to medina, modern supermarkets, and to many other sites and restaurants. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The host was kind, responsive, and helpful. I would stay there again.

This place is in the most idyllic location with restaurants and the beach close at hand. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay. The host was excellent at communicating with clear instructions on arrival. She was very quick to sort out a glitch with the wifi and help with advice on restaurants and what to do in Agadir. Would definitely return for another stay.

Appartement très agréable, fidèle aux photos et à la description. Tout était propre, bien aménagé et très confortable. L’emplacement est pratique et le logement dispose de tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Such a great place! Central, beautiful and great internet. Issam was very flexible in letting us check in early after our previous AirBnB was not as we expected it to be. Helpful and respectful, we have no complaints and have booked in for more days once we get back from Rabbat!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, confortable et très bien situé. Tout était pensé pour le confort des voyageurs, et on se sent vraiment comme chez soi. Fatima et Karim ont été très accueillants, réactifs, attentionnés et disponibles tout au long du séjour, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement et ces hôtes sans aucune hésitation 👌

superbe villa. grande et agréable. La salle cinéma est un vrai plus avec accès à netflix et youtube. l'emplacement est très bien - hors Marrakech et proche en voiture. on a pu garer nos voitures sans souci: 1 à l'intérieur et l'autre sur l'allée de parking. l'endroit est surveillé. Jamel est très réactif et à l'écoute. Rachida est une super cuisinière aussi. super expérience - que je recommande et que je referai.

This Villa exceeded our expectations , truly luxurious and so spacious. The Villa was in a good location with security, and it was easy enough for us to reach all the places we wanted to visit. The host was so helpful and quick to respond and check in on us during our stay. Khadija was our housekeeper and she was amazing. Me and my friends had the best stay here.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! Tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, très propre, calme et bien situé. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide, rapide et chaleureuse. Absolutely lovely home. Much better than the photos. Very clean, the lady that was cleaning the house made us feel so comfortable and at ease. It was literally our home for the week. She was so kind and helpful and caring. Saeed the guy I was corresponding is very kind and helpful. He made us feel very comfortable, answered all our queries. With a delayed flight, he found us emergency accommodation for an extra night without a question. I cannot recommend them enough. They are so kind and caring. Lovely people, lovely country! Absolutely will be recommending to my friends and family & will book again for sure. Kind security, kind driver and kind house lady. Thank you so much for making our stay extra special

Hind was very friendly and welcoming. We got lost on our way from the bus stop and she came to pick us up with her car. She helped us with recommendations for eating since our visit was during Ramadan. Hind also brought us soup after sunset when they broke fast. Cant thank her enough for a wonderful stay in such an authentic place.

Notre séjour dans le Riad Petit Bacha était parfait. À quelques minutes à pied des commerces et de la place Jamaa El Fna. Accueil et service parfait de la part de Zahra! Un grand merci! Nos hôtes, Zakaria et Simon sont réactifs et ont répondus à toutes nos demandes!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rouge over Easter in April 2025. A family of five plus my parents, we had plenty of space indoors and out. The two pools (one heated) were perfect for both warm and cooler days. The large, beautifully kept garden gave the kids lots of space to run around, play football—and even spot a few tortoises! The house is spacious and comfortable, with multiple areas to eat, play games, and relax, including a big projector for evening movies. Yassine was responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Jamila, the housekeeper, was a superstar—she went above and beyond and even cooked meals for us as an optional extra. The owner also called from France to check in, which was a lovely touch. The villa is about 20 minutes from the Medina and 10 minutes from a large supermarket, so we'd consider a car essential. We’d happily recommend Villa Rouge to others, and hope to return. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Zelia. La maison est spacieuse, joliment décorée et très propre. L’espace extérieur est agréable et paisible. Zelia est très efficacement réactive aux messages. Nous reviendrons :) 

This is a gorgeous apartment. It is very spacious. Everything is in immacualate condition. We would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé quatre nuits dans cet appartement idéalement situé. Tout était conforme aux photos , les lits sont très confortables, l'appartement possède tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour profiter de nos vacances. Les hôtes Cédric et Anouar sont très sympathique et arrangeant. Honnêtement je recommande vivement cette location.

Naima & Salim has a gorgeous house & and they are even better hosts. Special thanks to Salim for helping us with such a smooth checkin and then a perfect 4 night stay. Everything was impeccable and much more than what we expected. A big thank you to Salim again for helping us with arranging local cabs for travelling around and also local recommendations. Would highly recommend staying at Naima & Salim's place.

I’ve stayed at a different listing of Adnan’s in the past. Adnan is consistent as a good host. I had to book this trip pretty quickly and knew I could pick any of Adnan’s places for a comfortable stay.

J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cet appartement et j'ai été vraiment impressionné par sa propreté, sont confort et sa localisation idéale. L'appartement est très bien équipé et offre tout ce dont on a besoin pour un séjour agréable. La vue est magnifique et l'ambiance est très calme. I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The apartment is spacious and clean, with two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The view is absolutely stunning... overlooking the beach and a large, clean swimming pool. Watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of my trip. The place is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it feel just like home. The gated community is safe and quiet, which gave me extra peace of mind throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!

Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue perfecto. El apartamento es incluso mejor que en las fotos: limpio, amplio, decorado con mucho gusto y con todos los detalles necesarios para sentirnos como en casa. La ubicación es ideal, una zona tranquila, lo que nos permitió descansar bien después de un día explorando la ciudad. El anfitrión fue encantador y siempre disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier cosa. También agradecemos el aire acondicionado (¡muy necesario en Marrakech!) y la conexión wifi que funcionó perfectamente durante toda la estancia.
