Had a wonderful stay here - beautiful space, clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed, the house didn’t have a hairdryer and once requested for it Pabi made sure to get one for us which was really appreciated! What really made the experience stand out was our host’s warm hospitality, we felt right at home from arrival. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! I would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

A lovely, large and well equipped house with garden and pool within walking distance of Parkhurst restaurants and shops. A great place to stay if visiting Joburg - felt very comfortable. Hannah was very professional and friendly and we felt very at home.

Wonderful short stay at Ingrids place. Pristine accomodation in beautiful suburb with easy access to transport/e hailing services. Host is super friendly and attended to all my needs.

Gorgeous stay at Christo’s place. Star was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our visit easy and straightforward - thanks so much star! The apartment is beautiful, well-stocked with whatever you might need and very safe. The neighbourhood is lively and Christo’s recommendations were great.

It's always an amazing stay at Mpho's, it was a really cold long weekend but the gas heater and the electric blanket were a really nice touch an there was an extra blanket available. So peaceful and the hosts were really helpful whenever we requested assistance with anything. It truly felt like home. Definitely coming back again 😅

We had a truly wonderful stay. As traveling consultants, we especially appreciated the dedicated office space with a door—it made working remotely so much easier. The thoughtful welcome treats and the endless supply of coffee and tea were such a lovely touch. Traveling with our two young children, we were grateful for the minimal stairs (a big safety win), the cozy room with two beds just for them, and not one but two bathtubs—perfect for our evening bath routines. The outdoor areas were peaceful and inviting, with the soothing sound of fountains adding to the calm. Everything worked seamlessly—hot water, internet, and power. We left feeling rested and would happily return. Thank you for creating such a thoughtful and welcoming space!

We had a wonderful stay at this unique home in Kyalami. The place felt like a private lodge, with quirky decor that added so much charm and character. We especially loved spotting the deer and tortoises roaming around—it gave the whole experience a peaceful, nature-filled vibe. The garden, pool, and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning African sunsets. The 4-bedroom house was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. Gary, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tranquil, one-of-a-kind getaway close to nature.

The property was simply amazing. The rooms were big each with lovely ensuite bathrooms. It has a well appointed kitchen and a large dining room table that would sit 10 people very comfortably. An added bonus is the dining room table converts to a pool table. The area is extremely quiet away from the hussle and bustle of Johannesburg and superbly situated to get to the various golf courses we were playing as well as some great restaurants. It has all the facilities for entertaining outside including a swimming pool which would be amazing in the summer months, as well as a large garden. The house is kept spotless by housekeeping who came in every day (except Sunday) to clean and make up the rooms. Finally, I cannot say enough about our host Charmaine. Very friendly and responsive throughout the whole process. Thank you Charmaine, you were brilliant and we all thank you for letting us feel so at home!

Outstanding house. Great location, very quiet, and great amenities. Loved the fast wifi, smart TV, and well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, with great bedding. It was easy to get in and out of the house as we had lots of business to attend to -- would love to stay again.

I had a lovely stay at Lauren's home. As other reviewers have noted, it is such a peaceful, warm place in the middle of the city, with easy uber/car access to everything that you need (I rarely waited more than 2-3 minutes for an uber). The garden area is so peaceful, the home is very well equipped, and Lauren is very responsive and helpful.

Leroy was a brilliant host and the place was stunning. Enjoyed my stay!

We had a lovely stay at Ishara’s place, the place looks just like on the photographs. Our family could not stop admiring the house throughout the duration and took tonnes of photos. We had 2 toddlers and there was enough space for them to safely runaround too. Ishara was very responsive to our requests, such as the one for extra blankets as there was no heating in one of the bedrooms (it got quite cold since it was a June visit). I would definitely bring my family again, in summer this time! :)

Home away from home is the only way to describe this place. Beautifully decor designed inside and outside. Great location, easy to get to places around Johannesburg. The house is clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Patrick is an amazing host. Communication was great, always so attentive. Very friendly and welcoming. The highlight for our stay was the braai area. Such a nice hangout place to have as a feature. Looks exactly as described. Definitely booking again in the near future.

We stayed there for a month. The place is located in a nice and calm environment. The hosts were reachable everytime we had questions and always tried to accommodate us. It was a pleasure.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mia’s home . What a welcoming and peaceful environment, beautifully designed and decorated home that flexes a trophy fireplace in the middle of the living space. This place is great for group or even more private settings , there is nothing Mia doesn’t cater for. I had booked for my birthday celebration, a party of 10 and I look forward to booking with Mia again .

We had a lovely stay at Agnes and Francois' place. The house is modern and decorated tastefully with a touch of old, it has everything that is needed for an overnight or a longer stay. We will definitely be back.

We had an awesome stay at Tristan's place, the home is very secure, super clean and comfortable. Tristan is very a responsive and helpful host. Will definitely look at staying here again.

We had the pleasure of staying at Stanley & Alison's cottage for a long stay, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Our cat, Meadow, was warmly welcomed, which meant so much to us. The cottage is nestled among stunning trees and abundant wildlife, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Its location is incredibly convenient—close to Melrose Arch, Rosebank Mall, Norwood Mall, and just about anything else we needed. The cottage itself is spacious, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could need in the kitchen, bathroom, and for linens. The weekly visits from the friendly cleaner and helpful gardener were a lovely bonus and added to the ease of our stay. Stanley & Alison were excellent hosts, and we truly loved every moment of our time here. We can’t recommend this cottage enough to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated retreat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! 🌿

Their garden home is beautiful, peaceful, spotless and full of thoughtful touches. I especially loved the stunning garden, the soothing water feature, and fresh lemons straight from the tree! 🍋 Debbie’s onsite team, Sibo from housekeeping and Albert in the garden, were incredibly helpful and added to the overall exceptional hospitality experience 😃 The location is excellent, with easy, private access and warm, welcoming hosts who ensured I had everything I needed. I can’t wait to return!

The accommodation was great, exactly as advertised. Large property, my family found it spacious. Since the trip was in winter, it was cold but firewood was easily provided for by the host and gas heaters were readily available. The location was easily in access of a main thoroughfare with access to shopping nearby.
