The best airbnb experience we've had . If I could leave a higher rating than 5 I would have done. I recommend 100%. The vegetation is just amazing. Just like Anne and Christmas. Not to mention their cat Sangha who made my two-and-a-half year old daughter happy. The pool is breathtaking. When we arrived we had a perfect dinner prepared by Christmas as well as a good lunch with amazing yogurts made by Anne. They are people who have their hearts on hand and know how to welcome visitors. It felt like home. Not to mention Anne's harp concert to calm our daughter in crisis. They make delicious and very impressive homemade products to see. Everything is well thought out; the tent for the beach , the towels , the sand games, the cooler, etc. We will definitely be back because I was very sad to leave. See you soon

GREAT!! The communication in advance with Cedric was already very good, he always answered us quickly. We were personally welcomed by him and he showed us everything. The great reception was rounded off by a fruit basket and homemade punch, thank you very much for that! In our eyes, the villa even surpasses the description! The equipment is great, there are endless kitchen utensils, mosquito nets, bath towels for the loungers... everything is just thought of. The house is much bigger than we thought. The best part: The view from the terrace and the pool!!! We were able to enjoy many breathtaking sunsets with daily barbecues. A car is urgently needed, as the villa is very quiet and shopping is not within walking distance, but we knew that before. We can only say: Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such a great place to stay and can fully recommend it!!

Vincent's villa is identical to the photos. It is well placed in the island. We are well there and in a peaceful place. The pool is lovely when you return from the excursions. Thanks Vincent!

Everything comes together for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday: Very friendly welcome, modern villa, clean, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Spacious for 6 people comfortably. The pool and garden are a real plus!! Finally, our hosts were very accommodating to allow us to make the most of the villa on the first and last day. We were delighted with our stay in this haven.

We had a wonderful stay at Lawrence’s place as a family with 3 kids and 1 grandparent. The view is just magnificent! The town of St-Anne and it’s beach are not far away and bigger grocery store Leclerc is at 20mins.

The villa is even more beautiful in person than in the photos . The views are fantastic . It's super well decorated, very spacious and super clean. He even had a gardener and a person who took care of the pool when we were on the premises. We loved being able to walk to the beach. Our arrival went great, they offered us the villa as soon as it was ready which we really enjoyed. If we return to Guadeloupe we will definitely take over this villa .

It was a pleasure to spend a few days in this beautiful villa. Mickaël and Vanessa shared very clear information and listened during the stay. The villa is very well furnished and very well located.

Brilliant listing just a 10 min walk or 2 min drive to Deshaies. Excellent property and perfectly equipped. Perfect base for our family (x3 children 8yrs old and under) for a week. The tips and local recommendations shared on arrival were also excellent. Great stay and we would have no hesitation staying again.

The house is beautifully decorated. We loved a little outdoor pool. The beach is 5 minutes walk away and there were very few people on the beach. There are a few restaurants at the beach and also a number of restaurants 10 minutes drive away. We did canyoning and snorkeling tours, which had starting point 20 minutes drive from the house. The Botanical Garden, which was a highlight of our trip, also located 12 minutes see away. Overall, it is very conveniently located, uniquely decorated and safe place to stay.

I had a great time staying at this place! Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, and everything was perfectly clean and well prepared. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, with neat decoration, a cozy atmosphere and all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet, pleasant, and close to all amenities: restaurants, small local shops... It's the perfect place to relax. We are returning from a stay in Guadeloupe at Yvan and Karine's of which we will keep a very good memory. The residence was very well maintained with beautiful gardens located in St FRANCOIS NEARBY all amenities. The villa within the residence has been renovated and offers all the necessary equipment. the responsiveness of the hosts and Angela was very nice. Looking forward to returning for a future stay in Guadeloupe.

First trip to Guadeloupe, and we were totally charmed. Villa Kanisi is a beautiful, clean and well-equipped dwelling. My family and I took advantage of all the amenities: the three bathrooms, the pool, the beautiful terrace and the open plan space on the ground floor. The villa is well located (near a small convenience store and not far from major roads), which allowed us to explore the island with confidence. At Villa Kanisi, you'll feel right at home, with the sun and palm trees as a bonus. A big thank you to Régis for his warm welcome and availability!

In a green setting, a little slice of heaven with a superb view. Nothing is missing, well-equipped kitchen, superb terrace, comfortable bedding and what about the pool? The best Our hostess Coralie was very welcoming and advised us on local activities and shops. Don't hesitate, you will be delighted.

Beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped house with everything you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Sandrine is very responsive and knows the island well. She lives next door and is always available to help with any issues. We truly enjoyed our two-week stay in Saint-François and felt right at home. The town, located on the east end of the island, is full of beautiful beaches and great spots to relax and explore. It’s perfect for families, though less ideal for those looking for a vibrant nightlife. Highly recommended!

Great villa on the water, very comfortable stay, lots of space and rooms to enjoy, we really like playing pool in the evenings and swimming in the pool! Was easy to walk to lots of good restaurants nearby and the local Carrefour express and boulangerie too! Would reccomend staying here to anyone!
