Beautiful independent apartment in a park

Swimming pool👷⚠️ construction in progress ⚠️👷‍♀️to all my future guests, please note that the swimming pool is under construction in the park (see photos), no noise pollution during the day as we are attentive to our guests... but the park is a little "disfigured" in one part... “Large independent studio of 45 m2, with private entrance, premium bedding (1 queen size bed), sitting area with sofa, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, equipped kitchen and air conditioning.

Come and spend a moment of conviviality in this completely renovated Logis with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large living room with stove. Located in the middle of nature in a deer park with beautiful walks around the parks with deer, fallow deer, wild boar and Gascon oxen as well as a good meal at the farm inn not far away. The spa and sauna area as well as the 10x5 pool will be at your disposal. (spa heated year-round). The house is rented entirely in complete privacy.

You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walks or bike rides, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: ping-pong, trampoline, snowshoes, pétanque, molky, darts, foosball. Pool open only from July to end of August: heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m.

On the heights of Nogaro as well as on the Chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle, this studio with terrace is located in a wooded park that will charm you. You will find all the amenities of the city 800 m away (supermarkets, bakery, bars, tobacco, laundry…) as well as the Nogaro car circuit. For one night or more, this studio has everything you need: equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, double bed, TV, terrace and private parking.

Independent and unoverlooked garden studio

Between Landes and Gers, our independent 30 m² studio is located on a flowery and wooded plot. Not overlooked, it has its own entrance and free parking next to it. Quiet, the studio is perfectly suited for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. Very bright with its large bay window overlooking the garden and surrounding fields. We live there, which allows us to meet the needs of our guests.

This cottage is perfect for a stay for two, you will enjoy a garden with a view of the Gers countryside, access to a very large swimming pool 14 m long and 7 m wide, with sunbathing, and a bench. For lovers of visits you are in the heart of Bas Armagnac, with beautiful properties to visit!!
