Holiday rentals with a sauna in Morinj

A perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Calm and cozy atmosphere with a special charm. The staff were wonderful – Abbas, Volkan, and the lady were all exceptionally attentive and friendly. The chef cooked delicious meals every day. The beautiful pool was a real highlight – perfect for cooling off and lounging under the sun. I also really enjoyed the sauna – absolutely fantastic! I would gladly come back here again. Thank you, Montenegro, for a great holiday!

It was a wonderful house. It was like our own home. We were extremely sensitive about cleanliness. Even if you examine it in detail for hours, you will not see any dirt. It's very cute, you can be very comfortable. It was a house with air conditioning in every room. & Thank you for everything Our host was very kind and helpful. You can rent it with peace of mind. The view was also beautiful. I won't forget this experience

This place definitely made our vacation memorable! Very spacy apartment, AC, fans, everything we needed.... Still the best about this place is the 24/24 access to an amazing pool with an amazing view. We had private parking place, that was very important for us. Walkable shops and restaurants nearby. We visited this place as a family with a todler in June 2025. The flat was clean and got everything we needed. Our navigation didnt work quite well but Aleksandar was very helpful and always responsive. He even managed to get us someone who helped to find the right entrance. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool you share with other nice residents, clean gym and spa and surprisingly clean kids room. The residence is on the hill so if you want to go down to the beach be ready for a steep way back, but hey, we managed it with a toddler or you can go by a car. If you need anything, the host response ususally within a minute and there is a building manager you can approach for any help or advice. The only downside was the ongoing construction of new residential buildings around, but it's nothing the host can do about. Thanks for having us!

The view is even better once you’re there. High ceilings make for a very airy apartment. Both bathrooms are spacious and it’s ideal for two couples visiting. The restaurant by the water is lovely and only a few minutes away.

Penthouse was stunning, amazing views, clean and ultra modern. Host was amazing at communicating especially when we had problems with the hot water. She allowed us early check in and gave us some great recommendations.

Ivana is a great host! She gave us accurate instructions for location and gave us a heads up about the steepness of street to come to the apartment. There was a reserved parking waiting for us and as we entered the apartment everything was as it’s described. It’s in the ground floor where the pool is, has big balcony and everything you need in kitchen and bathroom. The place has SPA with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi…there is also a fair gym where we spent some time because the weather was bad for two days. Great pool also! Onog thing is that IT is preaty steep from the beach to apartment . You need to be in good shape to manage w/o taking a break. :) There was a market close by. Overall we LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!!! :)

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

Amazing apartment with wonderful views and right on the beach in perfect location. If you are driving make sure you get clear instructions on where to park (we didn’t get any) and don’t follow Google maps!

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation (even if the bed was not comfortable) The accommodation is in a great location, right next to the beach and shops. We had a very good stay in this beautiful apartment and highly recommend it.

It was an wonderfully relaxing experience. The place is just like the pictures, with all the comfort we needed. The apartment is located in a very peaceful environment - close to the beach - yet there are good supermarkets nearby. Gordana was very kind and helpful at all times. We miss everything already!

if you want something special, this is it. Unesco World Heritage target, built 19th century. Amazing view surrounded by mountains. Superb host. I highly recommend!

Really a beautiful house! As in the photos! Outdoor space has a lot of space. We made great use of the outdoor kitchen, which was including fridge and barbecue. Everything very stylishly decorated. The rooftop jacuzzi and sauna were also lovely. There was basic supply in the house such as salt, sugar, coffee. And even more than that: chocolate and fresh fruit, bottle of wine and in the cooling cold beer and soda. Super host! There was construction around the house so in the future it won't be that private again which is a pity. But for now a really great house.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb House Perko! Our family of five - two kids (7 and 11), parents, and a mother-in-law, found the house perfect for us. The host was super friendly, met us on arrival, and quickly answered any questions. The house was even better than expected, with three bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet, plus an amazing outdoor kitchen and living area. The pool and outdoor shower, with stunning mountain views, were highlights. Everything was private, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome with food, fruits, and drinks. The location was ideal, just 15 km from the Montenegro border, 25 km from the airport, and 35 km from Dubrovnik, making day trips easy. With sunny weather over 20 degrees, we enjoyed the pool every day and explored the area, including Montenegro. Overall, a perfect, relaxing getaway that we highly recommend. We hope to return soon and recommend this for sure for everyone!

this place was amazing the hosts went out of their way to help us with every tiny detail. they sent a taxi to pick us up and helped us arrange tours. the house is beautiful. if you are even considering this location, this is the house for you. Dont hesitate. beautiful grounds. one of a kind.

Stayed in the villa for a week. Superb views, pool and all the necessary ameneties. The road there is steep so requires skillful driving or good health to go up on foot. But well worth it for the views.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

We stayed at Anna's place for 7 nights at the end of September. It accommodated 5 adults and one 5-year-old boy comfortably. The host was responsive and promptly addressed a hot water boiler issue. The house was clean with comfortable beds and had a stunning view, along with a private beach with crystal clear water. The only drawback was the lack of a living room, but it didn't significantly impact the stay since the group was mostly out during the day. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the location was convenient, although a car was necessary. I would definitely return and recommended the place.

This villa is incredible. It has beautiful views and all the amenities you could ask for. It has indoor and outdoor dining, a large kitchen, a pool with sun beds, spacious bedrooms, and even a sauna! Branislav was a great host with fast and helpful responses, good restaurant recommendations, and even helped us book a boat trip that picked us up steps from the villa. There is an area to swim in the bay only a 1 minute walk from the villa. Would definitely recommend! Make sure you have a car rented if you are staying here though as it is difficult to walk anywhere along the roads. Aside from this it is perfect!
