Apartment as advertised with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Spacious and functional apartment with a real plus with parking. Thomas is responsive to requests and offers good advice. Very positive stay.

Comfortable sofa and bed. Air conditioning was a plus, as it was hot in Geneva. Work space was perfect! It would have been nice not to have so many of the host's clothes hanging out and cluttering the bedroom. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

I spent four nights here on a solo trip and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment is in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the lake, restaurants, shops, and public transport. The space was spotless, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches throughout. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. I’d gladly stay here again next time I’m in town!

We stayed in Eyob's flat during a weekend trip to Geneva. The flat is not far from gare de cornavin. Its a 5 minutes walk from gare and 1 minute walk to tram 15 stop. The flat is well surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. So, its quite easy to keep your taste buds calm. The entire flat was renewed and well maintained. We were able to check in and check out on time. The Kitchen was clean and we all utensils were available for us to make our dinner. Eyob was responsive for our queries and questions. Thanks Eyob for your flat. I recommended this flat to other guests too :)

Great stay, wonderful spot in Geneva. Love the small but well organised place, and the garden. Its a little bit further out of the city centre, but well connected to the buses, just a few minutes walk. Supermarkets is 5mins walk and within 10mins on the bus, you are in the heart of Eaux Vives. Sophie was a great host, easy and flexible check in and out, and always responsive.

Beautiful home with a breathtaking view! Ideal with children (toys +++, bath, cot, high chairs...) However, the surroundings by stroller (double, for us) are difficult (relief +++) No noise nuisance. The owners (we didn't meet) are very kind We highly recommend this accommodation.

I enjoyed my stay here. The place was super clean, tidy and full furnished, and the host was super responsive. The location is also great, with a bus stop a few meters from the apartment. The city center is a 10 minutes walk from here. I would totally look for this place again if I am ever in Lausanne!

I had wonderful time at Anne's place. Anne is a really kind, responsive and warm-hearted host. She was always ready to help and did best to accommodate my needs and requests. The house was super clean and has almost everything for living a guest could imagine. I strongly recommend Anne' apartment.

I have returned to this place on a number of occasions. It is always spotlessly clean, very comfortable, quiet and walkable location. Superb terrace.

(This apartment doesn't support the free public transport ticket, if you plan to use public transport, plan for additional expenses!) It's a great apartment right near the lake. The host is nice. The apartment is convenient and has everything that is needed. A big supermarket and a late store are nearby. Unfortunately, dishwasher broke before us, so we had to waste quite a bit of time on doing dishes.

What a lovely apartment! Everything one needs is there. Very easy to commute! That no. 5 bus is a gem. Migros is around the corner though do stock up for Sundays as everything nearby is closed on Sundays. I mostly cooked our breakfasts n some dinners and everything was sufficient for 2 of us. Overall a fantastic experience! Thanks a bunch Cristina ! Hope to be back soon and would prefer to stay here ❤️

Chris is a very nice, uncomplicated and likeable host. Explained everything well and was always easy to reach. The apartment is lovingly furnished and equipped with a lot of high-quality electronic equipment. Would book again right away! Thank you for everything!

Very cosy traditional spacious apartment that feels like a home. Attentive, flexible, warm host who provided nice snacks and drinks so even late-arrival guests don’t go hungry. Arzier is a village of outstanding scenic beauty - Mont Blanc, Matterhorn and Lake Geneva view. 10min train ride to Saint Cergue for skiing. 30min train to Nyon, 1h to Geneva. Very friendly locals including Denner supermarket staff who were very helpful compared to the staff in the bigger towns. Unusually Denner is open half day on Sundays. Don’t miss the amazing boulangerie by Julian Manska - open 630 am and 7pm with beautiful food and great coffee.

The home is a jewel located in a small Swiss village on the hills facing the lake, more or less 45 mind by car from noth Geneva an Lausanne. the place matches very well the description, the highlights are the swimming pool and all the garden surroundings, the cabled tv , and a fantastic bed and materass. The place is ideal for hikers or bikers, in general anyone searching for a relaxing and cozy experience.

Wonderful host and beautiful apartment. Encountered no issues during our stay (party of 4). Spacious, comfortable beds (1x king + 2x single), stunning views. House is built on a slope (as is very typical for the beautiful area). Outside stairs lead up to the property (ca 10), consider if you require step-free access. Convenient outside parking space for car. We will be very happy to return.

They were very kind hosts who went above and beyond in a lot of little details such as making sure I had something to eat on the first day, giving me public transportation guidance, etc. However, I was told to leave 2 days earlier than I had booked the place because they had rented it to someone else. This was a bit frustrating because I had to look for a place elsewhere but they refunded me the money for those nights. Besides that, on two days I was told not to come in during lunch hours because they did not want anyone in the house for personal/business reasons. I’m very torn in leaving this review because the whole family was very sweet and are very kind hosts but those two things made me feel like it was necessary to mention for future guests. Besides that, they were very attentive and responsive to my messages and made sure I had whatever I needed and overall were great hosts. I booked this place because it is a 15 min walk and 2 min train ride from Webster University. Furthermore, it's only a 3 min walk to the train station which then connects you to the main Geneva center in about 10 minutes so the location was great. The room overlooks the apartment gardens and there is also a very beautiful view of the mountains. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Very nice apartment, perfectly located in a very quiet residence. The host responds very quickly to any request, with a warm and attentive welcome.

This home was very well appointed, felt lived in and had everything we needed for a long stay. The apt is one of several in a private community. It has a lovely pool, and super close walkable access to the train to Geneva or Versoix. There is a spiral staircase that is tough for the mobility impaired, in case that matters to you. Maria Leonor was very responsive and helpful. There are nice walking trails, but it's not super close to businesses like cafes etc. You should know that you can hear the train and planes from nearby airport, esp if sleeping with windows open.

We loved the stay in this charming apartment. The village is very quiet. Alain was very welcoming. We will be back!
