Apartment holiday rentals in Moreton Island

We stayed at Ben’s place for a week. We were greeted with a welcome basket with tasty treats from James Street Bakery, pretzel chips, and Pellegrino water. The unit is clean and cozy, with a lovely outdoor space for eating and lounging. The laundry area is tucked away in the outdoor space, and the glass sliding door does a great job of blocking sounds while doing laundry. There are also Aesop products in the bathroom. The WiFi speed was great, no issues working remotely. The kitchen has a Zip tab, instant filtered Hot/Cold water, a Nespresso machine with a milk steamer, and glass snap containers for food storage. The unit is in a quiet part of town. Supermarket is a short walk away, and cute bars and restaurants are 3-5 minutes away. 2 bus lines and ferry access made getting around on public transport easy. Ben’s communication and response time were excellent. He made accommodations for us to arrive early and check out late due to our last-minute canceled flight.

Really great value. The hosts were very helpful. Their abode is expansive yet delightfully cozy. Beautiful decor, lots of interesting photos & pieces of art to make you feel right at home. The hosts reside upstairs, but were quiet, as was I. 🙂 My dog was on started & on guard in reaction to a few screen door bangs, from above, but settled in after a time. The linen was super fresh & clean smelling. Thx 🙏🏼 The bed is very comfortable, yet VERY high to negotiate. The bath is beautiful & deep. If you have any hip or mobility/balance issues, you’ll need someone or something solid to hold onto while climbing into the shower/bath. Overall, really great value. The kitchen has all the pots, pan, implements & mod cons’ you’ll need to whip up a grand meal. Really clean. One minor exception… I happened upon a couple musty ice 🧊 cubes trays & a mouldy ice cube tray that had been forgotten in the freezer. Whoops! 😅 Outdoor day bed a tad dirty & musty due to humidity etc.

Nikki and Bec were very lovely and super responsive. The place was exactly as pictured. There was a bit of noise with planes and nearby construction, but it didn’t impact us enjoying our stay The location is super convenient, close to the city cat and lots of places to eat with a cinema nearby. We would not hesitate to stay at one of their properties again.

My stay was just shy of 3 weeks. Christine was super awesome to deal with. Was generous to accommodate an early check in. The place is as great as the photos. Comfortable bed and studio set up. Clean and fresh. Only a few minutes walk to Sutton Beach - such an ideal location and it’s on a quiet side street with very little noice.

Great location within walking distance to the train station. Clean and tidy with all the amenities required for a longer stay. Easy to get to the city and show grounds. Would recommend.

Deanne & Clare's unit was absolutely perfect! We stayed as a family with 2 young kids & found it a great base while visiting family. The unit was lovely & clean with lots of extra touches making the stay super special. The location was great, easy walking distance to the beach and strip of shops. Highly recommend, will stay again!

Alex was a great host for our stay and in the weeks leading up to our booking kept us informed of lift works in the complex. The unit was perfect for our needs as was the location. The proximity to Caloundra, with its eating and shopping along with the beach and river access made it the perfect venue for our needs. The unit was very clean and well equipped. It felt very homey while still being a professionally presented air B&B property. We thank Alex for her hospitality and communication and can highly recommend this property for anybody looking to have a break away on the Sunshine Coast.

The Spinnaker at Manly was awesome! Nicola was an amazing host, answering my messages when I needed her advice. My 15 year old daughter was in love with the decor & fittings. Such a cute place to stay. Sunrise was gorgeous too. The Bed & Linen I want this in my home … we had the best night sleep! Can’t wait to go back one day soon :)

My daughter and I needed to be close to the Redcliffe hospital for a few days and this was the perfect place to stay. It was clean and comfortable with added extras like Tim Tams in the fridge! Very close to the beach and came with lots of recommendations about local places to eat. Thanks so much, Amanda for letting us stay.

I’ve spend 3 nights in this unit with 6 of my girlfriends, we do this annually for the past 25 years. This unit is one of the very best places we ever stayed in. This Unit felt very homely, it has only 4 floors and was very quiet. It has 3 bathrooms plus extra toilet. All the furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The big balcony / rooftop had an eating area with bbq and wine fridge, whilst the other side of the Balcony had a lovely sitting area. Unfortunately the weather was not great for us to use the outside at all. The kings beach tavern, plus cafes are only 700 meters walk away, it had great meals and wonderful live music. We would love to stay in this unit again, there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. Fantastic place. Thank you

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Janine’s place. It was clean and comfortable (smelt great too!), and was at a very convenient location. 5min walk to the QUT Kelvin Grove bus station, and another 6-8min bus ride to the CBD. We also had a lovely walk at Victoria Park 10min away. Right downstairs we had Woolworths and lots of food options as well. Balcony had great views too. Janine was very kind to physically welcome us, walked us through where to park and orientated us to our apartment. Overall would highly recommend!

This flat had everything we needed and was in a great spot. The check-in was super smooth, and having parking was a bonus. We really appreciated the little touches like pantry staples. The thermostat was a bit confusing, but overall it was a very comfortable and easy stay.

I recommend staying here, the view is amazing from the apartment and it has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The bathroom is modern and the bed was comfy. Flasta was a great host, very accommodating and willing to help facilitate an early check in for us! The car parking is also convenient, although the location is great you dont need a car, a short walk to the busway and walkable to Southbank parklands! I would stay here again

I stayed at Nicole's place on a solo weekend trip with my dog. Nicole was a great host who was very easy to engage with even before my trip dates came up. The apartment was beautiful and I loved that it was a corner apartment with views at every corner. As a dog parent I found the place pretty great for my dog. There's a balcony that was quite safe for dogs. Since the apartment was in a very lively location, I felt safe doing the night walks for my dog's pees and poos too. Given that it's a very urbanised area, sometimes I had to walk a bit as my dog is used to trees and bushes but there was Musgrave Park 10 minutes away by walk for any doggy runs as well as the entire neighbourhood is dog-friendly. Would love to visit here again!

Amber’s place is peaceful, private, and tastefully set up. It’s right on the waterfront facing Pumicestone Passage, watching the pelicans fly by in the evenings was unmatched. The spa setup is luxe and relaxing. Definitely recommend staying a few nights to soak it all in. Amber was easy to deal with, would happily book in again.

After staying in a couple of other places, we were expecting something typical. However, this place was anything but typical. It was absolutely SUPERB. The first steps into the place left us speechless because of how clean and the beautiful views, but there was also the sweetest gift basket to welcome us! The location was perfect as right across the street is entrance to the board walk which leads to everywhere and there are tons of restaurants around. If you're on the fence about booking this place, I couldn't recommend this place more. It is a MUST STAY.

Great place - neat, clean and tidy, great food options in the complex, very convenient access to the city by bus. Undercover secure parking was fantastic. Host was very personable, met me at the property and walked through key things to be aware of. All in all would definitely stay again!

We loved our lengthy stay at Andy’s apartment. Very clean, well set up, excellent location, close to everything Brisbane can offer and the inclusion of a parking spot was fantastic. We intended to stay for 4 weeks but extended twice because it was so perfect. Extremely comfortable and a perfect home away from home.

Gorgeous and clean room, lots of kitchen stuff. Convenient to cook and has a dishwasher too. Washing clothes also good, and kindness host. We were very happy to stay here and had a wonderful time with this house. If next time we travel again, I wanna stay too:) Thanks you for everything

Lovely apartment, great views. Good location, easy to walk to CBD and also close to CityCat jetty. Good showers and comfortable beds.

Steve was a fantastic host, would stay there again in a heartbeat. The apartment was perfect and loved staying there.

House was cozy and everything was working well within the home. My family totally enjoyed the stay… by driving we are around 15 mins from most of the places we wanted to visit and experience.
