Holiday rentals with lake access in Moret-Loing-et-Orvanne

The house and setting is beautiful. Excellent bedding. It was really great. The only small downside is that there were no photos of the outdoor staircase to access the house. The person accompanying me is prone to dizziness and had difficulty descending due to the void and lack of a ramp. The same goes for small children... there is still a risk that they will fall by accident...

Wonderful stay in impeccable accommodation and an idyllic setting. The sauna and jacuzzi in the middle of nature facing the lake are incredible and the surroundings are very nice for a walk. The fireplace and Chantal's little touches are the icing on the cake. The bedding is very comfortable and nothing is missing in the cottage. Thanks!!!

Jérôme's place is easy to access and quiet away from the street. The house is perfectly equipped and functional. We enjoyed the coocooner blanket on the couch.

Everything was perfect at Marie-Christine's! A real little cocoon: nice decor, beautiful standing, quiet and relaxing setting. Marie-Christine is a welcoming, smiling host, full of delicate touches that make all the difference. Nothing to complain about, only good things! We had a great stay at Marguerite and Jessy's. The chalet is part of a secure private residence by a lake. It is a peaceful place surrounded by nature, perfect for disconnecting for a weekend. Our children loved going on an adventure alone aboard the pedal boat rented with the chalet (and we were reassured by the life jackets😅). Tennis, basketball, Molki, petanque. It's impossible to get bored. And above all, what a pleasure to have an aperitif on the terrace by the water. It's hard to believe we're so close to Paris! Very good equipment and bedding. And responsive and friendly hosts. We recommend and will be back!

We were greeted with great kindness by Patrick, a host who was both friendly and attentive. The cottage, truly charming, is comfortable, perfectly maintained and very well equipped. The provision of a boat, a canoe, a pedal boat, a foosball table, bicycles and many other amenities adds real added value to the stay and fully contributes to the quality of the experience. We were able to enjoy our family weekend in a peaceful and pleasant setting. We sincerely thank Patrick for his hospitality and recommend this place without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

Kevin was a great host. We very much enjoyed our one night stay in Fontainebleau. We really wished we could have stayed longer. Our host was very prompt with responses. I will say 2 things to know in advance: 1 if it's too cold let Kevin know he can turn the heaters up, I didn't do this because I didn't know so we were pretty cold but it was manageable. And 2, if you are a light sleeper like I am bring ear buds to cancel out the sound. I always have problems sleeping with noises so I always carry my ear buds with me, and I had no problem falling asleep. It was a magnificent apartment, and if we ever returned we will definitely try to book Kevin's ppace again. Thank you!

A big thank you to Nicole for this perfect stay. The accommodation is faithful to the listing, very clean, well-equipped and located in a peaceful setting. We particularly appreciated the calm, and the attention to detail. Nicole is a responsive, caring and discreet host. We recommend it without hesitation!

We stayed with family: 8 couples, 4 teenagers, 2 toddlers. All activities on site are a real plus with kids, regardless of age. The opening to the outside and this large garden without life is perfect. Numerous games also in the house. All amenities nearby. Note: if bad weather and large group, the living areas are small. The house is aging (thin partition, 70s), but still well maintained!

We absolutely loved our stay, the home was so peaceful and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Such a serene setting with very responsive and attentive hosts .

Very thoughtful and accommodating hosts. There was a small accident during our presence, which the hosts were very accommodating and understanding with. There was also always a response to inquiries. We felt very comfortable and in good hands.
