Great staff and place

Everything excellent, comfortable rooms, amenities as advertised on the page, wide main kitchen, many green areas where you can be. Elena's attention was very nice. Josué is very attentive and always attentive to the door or anything that was needed. The only thing that was uncomfortable is that people pass by because they connect to another house and you don't have 100% privacy but everything else excellent, if we would come back.

A beautiful and very cozy house, I enjoyed it a lot with my family in the pool, it appears to be small but it really is perfect with a good size, it has all its amenities in good condition. Fernando is a super host, with immediate response, clarification of doubts, he gives you the best options and recommendations of all the service he provides, a very kind, respectful and accessible person. I highly recommend it for its great service.

Excellent accommodation, the pool is super warm. Some details were missing, such as hand towels, the internet is not good and we were cut off. We suggest you bring some incense because there are many flies, but the accommodation is amazing, excellent food, a place we would all return to, very friendly hosts, thank you! We will definitely return

Excellent attention from the hosts , there were some inconveniences, but they helped us fix them quickly, we had a very pleasant time, we returned to the first opportunity.

This is the second time we've stayed here, we'll definitely be back because it's a beautiful house, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only thing I would change would be the mattresses, they are not so comfortable, they feel misshapen. But in general, the place is worth it for a quiet weekend.

Casa Gabriela is a wonderful haven of art and nature! It has several super interesting spaces to go with your family and spend incredible moments. The subdivision is a very safe place, you can go for a walk at any time and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Gabriela and the service staff were always on the lookout for any requests.

The photos do not do justice to the house, it really is beautiful and ideal to disconnect from everything, I only recommend that you bring fans because they do not work but from there everything was perfect and it is close to squares, and commercial stores, everything excellent, I would definitely return

Cecilia’s house was absolutely beautiful! The decor is so thoughtful and cool and the whole vibe of the house is really creative and special. She’s an incredibly sweet host and very accommodating when we had to make a last minute change to our pet situation - plus she has great local recommendations. I absolutely hope to return one day! Adrián’s home is beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. Tucked away in a quiet, gated residential neighborhood, it felt incredibly safe and offered the perfect escape from the buzz of the city. The house is immaculately clean and thoughtfully laid out—our group of eight had more than enough room to relax comfortably. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The pool is large enough for swimming laps, and the garden is absolutely stunning—clearly maintained with care by a dedicated gardener who visits daily. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast prepared by Eva. Using fresh, local ingredients and groceries we picked up from a nearby store just minutes away, she made us the most delicious meal. Adrián was a warm and welcoming host who made sure we felt completely at home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable stay in Cuernavaca. We’re already hoping to return soon!

We loved the house, we have contracted several times in Cuernavaca and undoubtedly Jaime's house is one of the best, we touched by an excellent climate and the house was very nice and clean, we had to use the caldera to remove the cold and without a doubt the pool was very enjoyed. Likewise, Felix is always on the lookout for what you need. We'll definitely go back ☺️
