Great welcome by Franca and her husband very available and adorable! Ideally located accommodation because it is quiet while being close to Naples by transport (train 10 min walk from the accommodation then center Naples 15 min by train). Excellent pizzas right across!

Beautiful and spacious house with ample outdoor space. Exceptionally friendly and helpful landlords. Ask them for valuable directions so you can appreciate a region with so much to see but with little services dedicated to tourists.

We had a great time, with our dogs. The facilities are a 15/20-minute drive away. great, we'll be back!

This place was a beautiful oasis. More beautiful than the photos can show. It’s a perfect fenced property that our small dogs enjoyed. The house is really charming and tastefully decorated. The garden is huge and really tropical and well maintained. It was impeccably cleaned and well stocked. I loved staying here, thank you!

Franco was a very kind and friendly host. He met us for all our needs. Very helpful. The apartment was conveniently located for shopping, sightseeing and easy to reach with luggage.

This is the second year we are staying in this facility. Like the previous time, everything went perfectly. Paola is very kind and available to accommodate every request as far as possible. The property is ideal for large groups of people, it allows you to have a common area where you can share lunches, dinners and various moments of the day and private areas for the night.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. It was a wonderful home within walking distance of the beautiful town and 25 minutes to snow.

Amazing property, very high quality throughout. Stunning pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Sant Agata is about 10 minutes drive and has everything…restaurants, bars, supermarkets, seriously good pizza. Also a great Sunday market.

A lot of houses in Italy are called "Villa". Giosis home really deserves the name "Villa". It is spacious, private, has everything you need. We really enjoyed our 1 week stay as a family of 5. You feel like you are in the nowhere but supermarket and lovely little village is close. We had the best pizza of our life there. Neaple, visuv, pompeii are reachable within 1h-1,5h by car are "must-see" trips if you are there. thanks Giosi for your trust and having us.

Luca was very responsive, the house was great. We were a big group, and had place for all of us. We enjoyed the fire place, the clean and big kitchen.

It gives me great pleasure to write this review. This was simply the best air bnb I have ever stayed at. Umberto and Clelia are beyond thoughtful! The house was amazingly provisioned from a fully stocked fridge and kitchen on arrival to beautiful rooms with individual toiletry packs and dressing gowns! There were several places to sit outside to eat or relax. My children loved the table tennis and the pool. Umberto and Clelia were marvellous hosts. They brought pastries every day and Clelia was kind enough to cook dinner twice! They were exceedingly helpful in advising where to visit, what to see and how to get there, even looking up train times and escorting us to the station to make sure we caught the correct train to Naples. They offered to organise guides for Pompeii and make dinner reservations also. I have never experienced this level of kindness and generosity from hosts before and I cannot recommend their home highly enough! Thankyou once again.

Great house surrounded by nature with all the comforts. The hostess was very nice, warm and always helpful. We have rented the entire house - apparently the ground floor and the upper floor can be rented separately. The pool is quite small for swimming - but always sufficient for cooling off. The garden is really great. You will find all kinds of fruit here and even had the opportunity to try something. It would be important to mention the fact that the owner lives in the annex. However, this did not bother us. A rounding off our stay was a city festival with local specialties for eating and drinking as well as musical performances. The house is very suitable as a starting point for activities between the sea and the mountains.

The villa was gorgeous! The surrounding scenery was stunning. It is in the quiet countryside just a few short minutes drive from town. The place was impeccably clean. It contains all needed amenities for a long stay. It has separate washer and dryer unit, although small capacity. Beds were very firm. We were greeted upon arrival and dismissal from the rental. Very friendly staff and we were also given extra coffee and a bottle of wine and water to begin our stay with. The pool was beautiful and kept nice. I would highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time, it was the perfect getaway. Something for everyone, swimming, tennis, a nature lovers’ paradise & peaceful. The house is a great layout, so many lovely areas to sit outside. I fell in love with the kitchen and the dining room is a wonderful space. Lina was truly special, friendly and more than helpful. She got out us out of a fix with our vehicle by being a great & insistent translator. I would return in a heartbeat.

Gianni is an icon of Italian hospitality. Very easy in communication, accommodating all requests and pro-active with tips for food, shopping and everything else. We had a great stay with a group of 7 and hope to come back in the future!
