We offer an accommodation in a cottage, situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village Horní Lhotice nearby Kralice nad Oslavou. The cottage is fully equipped and provides 3 double beds and 3 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.

Building (loft) with a usable area of approx. 50m2. It is a room with an open floor with a bed, under which there is a bathroom. The room has 2 sofa beds, a kitchen and a dining table. In the wider surroundings, there is also Svojanov Castle, Zubštejn, Aueršperk, Svratka, Devět skal, Pohledecká skála.... Well-marked cycling (excellent terrain) and hiking trails. Čeká na Vás kanadský cedrový srub téměř v divočině, v tichém a slepém údolí říčky Bobrůvky pod 300 letou lípou. Při zvýšené hladině řeky se přichází k srubu přes most vzdálený 300 m, v běžných podmínkách využijete provizorní mostek. Civilizace zde na Vás přece jen čeká: WiFi, voda, sprcha, vybavená kuchyně, TV, jen WC je kousek do dřevěného domečku (suché WC). Spát budete v útulné ložnici s celoproskleným štítem s výhledem na lípu. Přímo z postele možná zahlédnete i srnku na ranní pastvě.

The house was built by my grandparents and they spent most of their lives in it. When I inherited it, I didn't really know what to do with it. I travel a lot myself, so I decided to open it to people who love discovering new places as much as I do. I left some pieces of furniture as a memory of my grandparents and my childhood, so you will find not only modern comfort, but also a touch of nostalgia. The cottage is located on the edge of the forest in a small village, so you don't have to worry about being completely off the beaten path, but you will also have plenty of privacy and peace. Above and below our cabin are other cottages, and there are other people living on the road.

A cozy wooden cabin awaits you in a quiet forest next to the village of Skřnářov. Experience nature with wild berries in summer and a snow-covered landscape in winter.
