Very comfortable apartment, by the sea, in an idyllic setting. The accommodation is well equipped, very pleasant to live in, and the hosts are very welcoming and friendly, despite the language barrier. The neighborhood is very friendly, with good restaurants and all the necessary shops nearby. It's a great spot for a relaxing beach vacation. I highly recommend it.

We had amazing 10days stay at Katerina’s villa. Spacious one floor villa, AC in each room, big garden, plenty of space to walk. A few different sitting areas. Matina met us, she was very polite, even gave us toys for our little daughter. The villa is literally on the beach. Shops, restaurants were in 5 minutes walking distance from the villa. Gardener and the cleaner were with us every day and they were very polite and helpful. We would love to go back to this place. It is best for family stay, quite and peaceful.

We had a fantastic stay at Katerina's house. The space had been recently renovated, is very comfortable, large, clean and is fully equipped. We particularly appreciated the presence of 3 AC units, which meant that every bedroom and the living room could be kept fresh. The location is extremely convenient, a few minutes away from a nice beach, with good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Finally, Katerina was a very responsive and helpful host who gave us a warm welcome in-person. We strongly recommend staying at her place!

it was a pleasure meeting to Christina and Mr stelios. very warm welcomed . I got emotional when I saw how they wish me on my anniversary. a bear card along decor on the door and sandwiches and Perscio was inside the fridge. She made a hand painted stone for us as good luck. Excellent quality of stay. Definitely recommended. Just want to add one important info that customer should use small cars because one the roads on that side are narrow secondly entrance for big cars can be risky.. overall its worth staying there. Thanks For everything

Great communication with your host. Responds to all submissions. She tries to resolve issues promptly. It's supportive. It makes guests happy. Posts accurate photos and descriptions. The place is nice, clean, well-equipped if someone wants to cook for themselves. Internet works well, TV with Smart. Kids' accessories are functional, well-maintained, and clean. We recommend this host and this place. The distance to the nearest beach is about a kilometer. Nice walker. Nice neighborhood. The route by car to the island's capital ranges from 30 minutes to 50 minutes. A lot of turns, often narrow streets or turns, an average speed of 30km/h, but this applies to the entire island except for the main roads. Also the route to Sidari beach is 1h40min.
