Clean, easy to get to, good vibes, great location. Honestly would really recommend this place if you want a good central spot, neighbors are extremely noise sensitive though so keep that in mind.

Javier was a very responsive host, always providing clear instructions for check in and any other questions that came up. Overall our stay was very nice. The location cannot be better, and having a parking spot in the city center is a luxury. House was well stocked with cleaning and other items.

well-decorated and spacious apartment with a large living room, kitchen, laundry room and 2 bedrooms and walk-in shower and as a bonus an elevator for me who has trouble walking. On the other hand, we were disappointed by requena that we found quite dirty short ideal break between two long journeys

We had a lovely stay at Jose's apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures! We especially made use of the balcony. It was a manageable walking distance from both the city center and the train and metro stations. We enjoyed the large Tuesday morning pop-up market right in front of and in the blocks surrounding the apartment. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and a great base for our time in Valencia!

We went to Valencia to go to the beach and were delighted that Sergio’s apartment was so close to the best beach in the area. Sergio’s apartment was well stocked (even had beach chairs) and was close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. One afternoon we enjoyed renting bicycles and riding around the area. The apartment is also well decorated, and Sergio is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay at his place again!

Clearly in center of action (1st time visitors would do well here, like me), yet quiet, secure street and building. Squeaky clean. Modern and well-stocked place, including some olive oil, coffee and spices. Wine and large bottle of water. Would stay here again.

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, no doubt. The apartment is simply spectacular: spacious, tastefully decorated, full of light and with all the comforts you can imagine. If I go back to Valencia, I'll repeat without thinking. Olga has been a 10-star host: friendly, flexible and with smooth and super easy communication from the first moment. You can tell that he takes care of even the smallest detail to make you feel at home. We went with a little one and it was ideal: safe stairs, high chair, crib, bathtub, even diapers and wipes! The beds are very comfortable and the sofa... It's one of those places you don't want to leave. You've exceeded all the group's expectations! Thank you for such a perfect stay, Olga :)

Alejandro was an excellent host , super responsive and helpful. The house was excellent well equipped and spacious great for what we wanted it for. Beach is a 15 mins walk away with loads of restaurants.

Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

We only spent one night but it was great, the place was perfect and Roberto was helpful at all times, we will be back!

I stayed in the apartment for a little over 3 weeks in Chulilla. Conveniently located, had all the amentities I needed. Roberto was a helpful host.

If you search for a definition of an ideal location, this is it. Directly on the beautiful beach, between a lot of restaurants, bars and shops with a wonderful view - top! It also means that this place lives to the late nights so you need to accept some level of noise(but nothing too disturbing, we were there with 2 kids under 5). The flat consists of 2 floors which divides sleeping part from the living part which is perfect although the steps are a bit steep and toilet only on the bottom floor. Anyway - Concha beach+this apartment=definitely perfect combination!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Pilar’s place. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with kids. The location was perfect—just a short walk to public transportation, which made it super easy to explore all the sights around the city. The host was fantastic—very friendly, thoughtful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. They even gave us some great local tips that made our trip extra special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families visiting Valencia. A truly enjoyable and hassle-free experience!

A wonderful place to stay that’s in a great location! Easily walkable to the main attractions of the city and very close to great grocery stores and restaurants.

Very nice, very simple entrance to the apartment. Very friendly at all times. There are several supermarkets nearby and an outdoor public parking lot nearby.
