Farmstay holiday rentals in Mopani District Municipality

We loved staying on the farm- such beautiful forests, a lake to swim in and a short walk to pick blueberries and have tea at a café.

We spent one night at the lodge. The staff stand out with his incredible hospitality and helpfulness. We felt super comfortable. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and the offer generous. We liked the surroundings and the gym also. We did not use the spa for time reasons, but it was great to have the possibility to do so. We highly recommend the lodge and would come back anytime. Thank you to all the staff for the great time!

Although we took the wrong way towards the farm, we arrived at Boschoek. The new description of the route on AirBnB is the correct one. The farm is overwhelmingly quiet. Susannah and Graham are the best hosts you can find. Proactive they give you advise. We had the opportunity to make a walk with them on the farm and they explained us everything of the life of an avocado which they grow for many many years now. They took us also to the packhouse downtown. Very interesting. We went to Heanertsburg and made a 2 hours walk around there. Very nice. On the way back one can find the blueberry farm and have a very nice cup of coffee. The house where we stayed is very nice. Perfect sleeping- and bathrooms. The veranda outside is lovely to stay during the evening. The view is spectaculair. The house you rent is close to their house but believe me, it is absolutely private! We have spent several nights at the farm and it was magnificent! An AirBnB spot as you can hardly find them!!

What a fantastic stay. It was so much better than I expected based on the price. It’s located in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate and I felt like Snow White with a string of different animals visiting me everyday. He’s was super comfy, really powerful and warm shower, and just overall a very comfy place. Internet was good. Area is safe and the shared facilities are great. I would definetely come back!

We had two night stay with my family at unit upstairs.. Unit is very beautiful and picturesque. Location is very beautiful under extremely pleasant and calm environment. From R21, almost 6km drive on dirt road but there was no problem in driving with my sedan. We could not meet Frans but he made sure our comfort and guided us to visit local areas and restaurant .

A splendid stay on a working farm out in the countryside yet easy and convenient to access. Beautiful surroundings.

My partner and I had a wonderful one-night stay at Alan's place. We arrived later in the evening, but were warmly welcomed and guided through the gate without any issues. That night, we enjoyed a cozy bonfire in the beautiful courtyard. The kitchen and pantry were well-stocked with essentials, everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Although we had to leave early the next morning, we were able to enjoy a coffee on the porch, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. We only wish we had had more time to stay longer!

Clive is such a gem of a host, and was more than accommodating. He gave us ideas to do on Saturday to get out, we went to see his wedding venue on the property which was amazing. And he made us an amazing supper on Saturday night, and the breakfasts were just as delicious. We are definitely going to use Clive's place again.

This rustic home is extremely comfortable and set in a peaceful forest. The host is attentive and caretaker extremely helpful. This was truly a getaway worth taking.

Maggie’s place is a little piece of paradise. The views are amazing and the cabin is stocked with everything you need with the plus of a relaxing hot tub. Will definitely book again and spend more time!

Where do I even begin to review my stay with Tracey & Bernard. The location was so incredibly beautiful and private. However, I had the safety of a secure fence and Tracey & Bernard’s house behind the Airbnb. The home has everything you could need for your stay. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking and baking. And even AC and covered parking. The hosts could not have been more helpful and responsive with local spots to visit, a friendly chat, and delightful goodies on arrival. Not to mention that Bernard came and rescued me when my car broke down and got my daughter to her job the next morning since I couldn’t drive the car. They went so far above and beyond! You will not be disappointed with this booking. The location is ideal, the home is super clean, the grounds are lush and beautiful. You will be awoken to beautiful sunrises and birds chirping. And have delightful hosts. Truly everything an Airbnb should be and more! Thanks again Tracey & Bernard!

The reception staff was absolutely wonderful. Mr. Ayn was helpful and had a nice personality and was available around the clock. The place met all requirements, in addition to the fact that the place was very beautiful, the nature was stunning, and the accommodation was very comfortable. I advise everyone to spend a quiet and comfortable vacation. I thank Mr. Ain for all the support, good care and reception

This is our second year in a row staying at this beautiful Airbnb, and we hope to make it an annual tradition!

The cabin is surrounded by beautiful , jaw dropping vistas. The cabin itself is cosy and lovely. There is a gas stove and a little inverter for charging your gadgets etc. it’s amazing for the price. Franco is a great host who was responsive and extremely helpful when needed.

We had the most wonderful stay at Anthill cottage. It is beautifully situated in the bush and has all the amenities you could wish for. We were well looked after by Lipton and Tuli. The cottage is with easy access to Orpan gate and activities to do in and around Hoedspruit. I can highly recommend a stay at the lovely accommodation
