Including a fully, fenced yard, lock-up shed, single, lock-up garage and off street parking. All bedrooms include built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The main bedroom and main living areas are also air conditioned.

The cabin sits 60m from the regional train line, but don't let this deter you. The trains will peak your interest as they roll by, and the beautiful leafy-green outlook will allow you to immerse yourself in peaceful relaxation.

It is fully self-contained and is modern, bright, and airy. The space also includes your own private deck with views to the glasshouse mountains. The studio has high speed WiFi and smart TV with access to any of your apps. It has a Nespresso coffee machine, breakfast facilities and access to a shared swimming pool.

Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area. 🐾 Pets Welcome! Dean and Lucy welcome you to our Tiny Home – a romantic escape or peaceful retreat to recharge at the beach and reconnect with nature. Just three streets from Coolum’s patrolled beach, you can swim, surf, or stroll the dog-friendly sand. Cafés and shops are close, so no car needed. This stay is about slowing down, not logging on. We’ve got the fastest internet available, but our bush location means it’s slow at best – the perfect excuse to unplug.

Modern, private, beautifully renovated unit with large open plan kitchen, office area and seperate bedroom. Pet friendly with a large backyard and outdoor setting set among tropical palms. Free parking in our large driveway. 3 minute walk to the shopping centre: supermarkets, restaurants, movies, coffee. 10 min walk to Kawana beach (pet friendly off leash). Hosted by the the owners for 4+ years we genuinely put effort into making this a great Airbnb.
