You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Our stay went extremely well and we thank Ladis for that. We immediately felt comfortable, the Airbnb was warm and extremely close to the Stade de France, which is a plus. Ladis was extremely quick with his answers to any questions we had. I highly recommend it!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. On a weekend with friends, we had a great stay at Thanom and Fred's: wonderful garden and outdoor equipment, everything we needed on site to cook, top bedding, we saved the address in our favorites and will come back without hesitation. Thanom and Fred were super available and flexible, thank you again to them.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

Wow if you are considering a beautiful villa in Paris then this is the place for you. Firstly the host is absolutely incredible hospitable, kind and patient - He was really accommodating which made being a group lovely and fine. The villa had more than enough space to allow large group to be chilled and relaxed - There is also local supermarkets to get breakfast and to cook food - I would choose this place again - The jacuzzi is such a nice touch and we had a great tîme here! The wolf treehouse experience is worth the trip This is a timeless, unusual stay that brings us back to the essentials. The accommodation is very well designed, well thought out with the comforts necessary for our modern daily life. We recommend the experience, even in winter! We didn't suffer from the cold thanks to the stove that was heating up great. Francois is a responsive, pleasant host. When in Jarod, no worries! He's a great companion. For the anecdote, he accompanies us to the spa with his little ears that protruded behind the woods. Great immersive experience 👍🏻

We had a mother-daughter evening and a very pleasant night in Thomas' chalet. We enjoyed the spa, the terrace and the extremely quiet neighborhood for walking our dog. The chalet is really very private, you feel like you're in a little cocoon, including on the terrace. Thanks to the air conditioning, we slept very well despite the outside heat. We did not meet our hosts but the communication before the stay and the access on site were perfect, we were perfectly independent thanks to all the information provided. Recommended!
