Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Montrouge

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

We loved our stay with Olga! She greeted all of our party as we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were travelling with our 8 month old and she had organised a cot, highchair and toys which we were not expecting! The apartment was lovely, had all the amenities we needed with a local supermarket and a couple of delicious bakeries nearby. Local transport was walking distance and took about 30-45mins to get to most of the main attractions. Olga was extremely helpful and assisted us with our itinerary and travel plans. We can’t wait to go back!

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie! Dom przepiękny, przestronny, świetnie urządzony i w pełni wyposażony. Luksusowe łazienki, wygodne łóżka i kuchnia idealna do przygotowywania śniadań i kolacji. Do tego piękny ogród – idealne miejsce na relaks. Świetna przestrzeń do wspólnego spędzania czasu: bilard, piłkarzyki, dużo miejsca dla dzieci i dorosłych. Tarik to fantastyczny gospodarz – serdeczny, pomocny i bardzo zaangażowany. Na powitanie czekał na nas kosz owoców, soki, woda i pyszne słodkie bułeczki – piękny gest. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Z całego serca polecamy ten dom – jeśli wrócimy do Paryża, to tylko tutaj!

Un très bon week-end passé dans cette petite maisonnette, calme et très propre vraiment super agréable, merci À Nicolas et Anne Sophie qui ont étés très arrangeants et agréables! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Der Ludovic war sehr freundlich. Der Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos und war alles dabei, was man brauchte. Das einzige Problem für uns war am Anfang beim Ankommen das Parkieren, in dieser Zeit all Parkplätze besetzt waren. Aber nachdem wir der Umgebung besser kennen gelernt haben, hat das Problem sich auch erledigt. Wir mussten manchmal einige Meter weiter weg von Unterkunft parkieren. Es ist halt ein allgemeines Problem in Paris und dafür kann halt Yohan auch nicht vieles machen. Allerdings hat die 2 Nächte bei Yohans Unterkunft sehr gefallen und ich empfehle es auf jedem Fall weiter. Vielen Dank Yohan und bis ein anderes Mal. Lg Amir

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

We loved our stay in this lively neighborhood. Olivier was a very responsive and friendly host! We traveled as a family of 4 with late teenage children and this was perfect for us—-vibrant night life and close to several metros. Great location to get everywhere! The place had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here in the future.

En plus d’être très bien situé, l’appartement dispose d’un balcon offrant une vue panoramique. Paris, surtout au moment du coucher du soleil, c’est vraiment magique : la lumière dorée inonde l’appartement. La décoration est soignée, et le quartier est tout simplement parfait. N’hésitez pas !

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

Estancia perfecta. Entrada autonoma por lo que daba flexibilidad a la hora de entrar por si querias aprovechar antes el día. El metro esta a escasos 8 minutos del alojamiento y es la línia que te lleva al centro en 15/20 minutos. Apartamento recien reformado, acojedor, con lo necesario para pasar unos días. Tuvimps un pequeño inconveniente y gracias a la gran comunicación con la anfitriona se pudo solventar. Se nota que quieren cuidar a los huéspedes. Volvería sin duda, barrio tranquilo, precio razonable y apartamento perfecto.

Blick ins Grüne auf der einen Seite, sensationeller Blick auf Paris von der Terrasse und dazwischen eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sind dank Montmartre mit den zahlreichen Treppen fitter zurück gekommen.

I can not say enough about this place! The apartment was beautiful, excellent location with public transportation literally a few steps from the apartment. Sylvia and her husband were awesome from restaurant recommendations to supplying us with a loaded metro card. I plan to stay here again when I visit in a few months.

En week-end entre copines, nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Thanom et Fred : jardin et équipements extérieurs merveilleux, tout ce qu'il fallait sur place pour cuisiner, literies au top, nous avons enregistrée l'adresse dans nos favoris et reviendrons sans hésiter. Thanom et Fred ont été super disponibles et flexibles, merci encore à eux.

Ideale rustige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Half uurtje met de Metro vanaf een station op loopafstand. Na de drukte in de stad heerlijk om even tot rust te komen.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

Jáde-kőként ragyogó tágas szálláshely privát kerttel, a nyugalom szigete, Párizs szívétől valóban 25 percre. Nyugdíjas szüleimmel és 4 éves kisgyermekemmel töltöttünk 6 éjszakát a házban.Cécile és családjának vendégszeretete, segítőkészsége mosolyt csalt az arcunkra, bármikor találkoztunk az ott-tartózkodás alatt.A 3 hálószoba több, mint elegendő, a konyha jól felszerelt, benne só-bors-fűszerek.A fürdők tiszták, a nagyobbik rendkívül tágas, a kád kisgyermeknek szinte medence.Talán részemre nagyobb testsúllyal a matrac nagyon puha.A reggeli beszerzése a szálláshelytől 5 perc távolsága (Boulangerie, Patisserie, szupermarket és a csütörtöki termelői piac a közelben). Parkolas a szomszédos utcában ingyenes. A házigazda kutyája barátságos, néha átjár az elkerített kertbe, de minket nem zavart, a gyermek a kutyát nagyon szerette.A nappaliban tv, Netflix, YouTube, a kanapé a kisgyermek kedvence.Ajánlom azoknak, akik szeretik a nyugalmat, a csendet.Negatívumot nem tudnék felhozni.Visszajövünk!

Très bon logement,très joliment décoré avec la toile de Jouy (papier peint,coussin ..) très bien équipé. Très bon accueil par le gérant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Je recommande.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!
