Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Montreal

The place is very clean. Off street parking is a plus for us and the host was very nice. It's a safe location in Montreal by far. We would consider to stay at this place again when we going to Montreal in the future

C'est une magnifique residence luxueuse et grandiose. Tout est impeccable a l'interieur. Aussi tres belle vue sur le lac et tres pres du super aquaclub.

Came for a bachelor party and absolutely loved our stay. Perfect location. Clean place. Good beds. Big open areas to hang out. Close to great restaurants and bars. Great place for such a big group! Paris was extremely accommodating and very quick to reply to our questions. She even came over when we first checked-in to make sure everything was okay! Would definitely recommend!

We were very delighted to stay here during the F1 GP weekend. Easy to access. Very cozy, comfortable and extremely clean. We felt safe and cared for. Very easy to get to the surrounding towns like Brossard, Longueuil and even the city of Montreal. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the town of Chambly but they provided us with a lot of brochures and recommendations of restaurants and things to do around which is much appreciated and hopefully next time we visit we will get to see more of what Chambly has to offer. We had an incredible time and many snacks and drinks were provided for our stay and even the oppurtunity to get fresh towels. We felt extremely cared for and next time I'm in Canada I will make sure to stay here. Very much worth it!!!

It was an excellent place to stay for my first visit to Montreal. The distance from downtown was actually perfect — it allowed me to rest well when I needed to, but also easily go out and enjoy the city.

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Great apartment near Sherbrooke Street. The back deck worked out beautifully with summer weather. As described by owner, 3 bedrooms and a good sized living room. Kitchen worked out well. There is a bunk room for kids. The unit is upstairs and has a good railing to use. Parking outside on site. Pepper the cat was around on back deck. Very friendly cat. Restaurants, grocery store and SAQ walking distance. Fabulous kids playground in Westmount park. Perfect for our family.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The place is very nice and clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool and piano after a day of sightseeing. Pierre-Michel was very responsive to our messages and needs.

L’emplacement est idéal, très chouette quartier, devant un cinéma, boulangerie et plein de bistrots sympa. Le métro est à 10m à pied. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien (1 mois) dans l’appartement, calme, old style et la terrasse est un vrai plus quand il fait beau. La décoration est personnalisée ce qui devient rare chez Airbnb ! En revanche quelques petits investissements seraient les bienvenus (nouvel aspirateur, porte-poussière, tapis de salle de bain). On recommande vivement aux personnes qui aiment les vieux logements et les quartiers vivants. On y reviendra !

This is my second time staying at this unit and gladly will stay again. The host is very friendly, super responsive and very accommodating. The location is perfect with tons of stuff to do and great restaurants. Plenty of places are walkable but also the train station is close by as well. The unit is impeccably stylish. I greatly recommend!

Annie’s place was great. The location is excellent with great restaurants, entertainment, and metro stations nearby. The balcony is so peaceful and a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. We had a great stay at this Airbnb.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Montreal! The location was perfect - very walkable with great restaurants and easy metro access. Carlos was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

Robin is an extremely responsive host, and offered to go out of his way to get us anything we needed. The space is modern, very clean and has its own parking space (which was great for us with little children). The home is a little further away from all the sights, but it's a charming neighborhood with plenty of food options nearby and again- it's own parking space!! The outdoor patio and the living room look a little bigger in photos than they are, but our family was very comfortable so it wasn't an issue. Overall, would definitely recommend Robin's place to families or groups visiting Montreal.

I had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and were always available to answer questions or offer helpful tips about the area. Truly accommodating and thoughtful — it made all the difference Had a great experience and would come back if I’m ever visiting Montreal again!

We had a fantastic stay at Jacques's home! The location was ideal with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and the Jean Talon market within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood and checked out many recommendations from the house guide. The metro was less than a 10 minutes walk and allowed us to explore all the other areas of Montreal easily. The home itself was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved sitting on the back patio. Don't hesitate to book this place. We hope to visit again!

Easy walkable access to anywhere in the city. Clean quiet and private condo. Never heard any traffic even though in the city. Updated condo and Chris was in constant communication making sure we had everything we needed. A great first trip to Montreal for the weekend!

Amazing location across from the park. Walking distance to Mont Royal with many stores and restaurants, and also the Metro station. We really got a feel for the pulse of the city and were able to enjoy many of the summer festivals and activies.

We loved our stay! The host was kind, everything was clean, all of the amenities worked. It was right next to a convince shop and only a short drive away from the restaurants/nightlife. Reminder that there is a quiet policy at night so don’t bring big speakers! Thank you so much!

Dominique was extremely responsive and the place was extremely clean. Everything in Montréal was relatively close, and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

We loved staying here and found that Rene’s associate Juan was very responsive and helpful. The location is fantastic, a few blocks from the wonderful Jean Talon market and close to bars, restaurants, groceries and the Montreal bike share Bixi (highly recommend — use a browser, not the app, to sign up). We enjoyed poking around the huge Goodwill outlet (Renaissance) nearby. We would recommend this place to any traveler.

Lilian’s place was a perfect stay! Undated bathroom and kitchen which were both massive. King size bed and comfortable living room area. Good lighting and AC unit made this a perfect stay. Lilian as a host accommodated our needs and was very responsive. The area is a hip but quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this stay!
