On the ground floor, a living room of 20 m² with living room and equipped kitchen, opening onto a private terrace. Upstairs: a bedroom, WC and a separate bathroom. A pétanque court is available, shared between the two cottages.

The house is perfectly suited for a couple, bedroom with 160 x 200 bed. Shops within walking distance (bakery, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy...). Close to A84, Avranches 20 min, Rennes 35 min, Fougères 15 min, Mt St Michel 30 min... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it must therefore be done before your departure...

Quick access to the A84, 35 min from Mont-Saint-Michel, 10 min from Fougères… All shops are 10 minutes away. Pleasant, green and wooded environment. Hammock, petanque court and various games available to you. Cleaning must be done on your departure. Linens and towels will be provided by us. Pets not allowed. A key box system is installed for arrivals after 8pm.

A very nice, brand new and welcoming Airbnb. All rooms are nice. Decor is thoughtful. The view from the deck is superb. Only a low-traffic road separates the view from the beach. The sunsets are beautiful. Granville is 20 minutes by car, Saint Paire sur Mer 15 minutes on foot. There is a beautiful hiking trail that passes just below the house. Christian is a perfect host.

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

If you want to spend some time in a quiet place in the countryside, this cottage is ideal! The old building keeps it cool and the rented part is isolated from the owners' house which is in the extension, but everyone is at home, with the proximity and the fact that you can ask them anything, as they offered me. Everything is on one level, and the garden is spacious and ideal for enjoying the outdoor tranquility. Rented for professional needs, I was delighted with the welcome and the location.

We stayed at Nathalie's place during a wedding weekend in the area. This is a quiet and peaceful area close to nature. Accurate to the photos, the instructions are clear, the host responsive and flexible. It was a great choice for us!
