Within walking distance (about 600 m), the river Le Gartempe, where there are enough places to take a refreshing dip. The cyclist can also get his heart's content. For the mountain biker (possibly available), tour cyclist and recreational cyclist, there are countless possibilities through the woods, along the river or through the landscape. For the hikers among us, the possibilities are available. For the horse riders there is a riding school a few kilometers away. For culture and relaxation nearby I recommend Ivo's guidebook.

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

Cute, completely newly renovated, two-bedroom townhouse in the absolute centre of town in Montmorillon. With cafes, bars and restaurants and the town square minutes by foot, the house is ideally located with no hills to climb. Brand new renovated kitchen and bathroom. There are two bedrooms and two double beds. The sleeping arrangements upstairs are suitable for two singles, two couples or children. There is no fold-out bed for additional guests. We speak French and English fluently.

It is possible to walk directly from the house along the Vienne through a path that leads to a small church on the banks of the river. Possibility of going to Chauvigny on foot or by bike (loans possible) by the paths Presence of a nice cat, a few hens and a rooster ;-) All-inclusive price (towels / sheets)

Very nice accommodation, very well equipped, very comfortable and extremely pleasant. A real pleasure stay with a bucolic natural pool and everything you need to keep busy outdoors within the accommodation (ping-pong table and volleyball net). The quality of the bedding as well as the equipment of the house are to be noted, which is rare for a rental accommodation. Thank you to Aurélia for her welcome, kindness and advice. I highly recommend this accommodation, hoping to return soon.

We had a pleasant 1st of the year with the family (2 adults and 4 children) . We did on December 31 at the futuroscope (50 min from the accommodation). Séverine is a very nice, accommodating host. The house is very well arranged, cocooning and nice amenities. It feels "at home". I recommend it.
