Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Montmorency County

The stay was amazing we all had a fun time, Ronda is a great host and very communicative. The backyard was my favorite part. It was a nice little spot with everything you need for a good time. I recommend this place to everyone. 10/10

We’re lineman up here working the ice storm and need a place to stay. Brandon responded immediately saying he did have power and we were more than welcome to stay. He had a door code to is with in seconds and that night we where able to get in and get some good rest.

Enjoyed staying here. Good value and close to downtown. Will be back if we stay in Gaylord again.

This was our second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first! It was very clean, and they have thought of every possible thing that you could need throughout the house! We enjoyed the board games and the fire pit, as well as the beautiful kitchen! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay! Went for a golf trip slept 8 of us comfortably. 15 min from tree tops resorts and surrounding golf courses all close. I would recommend for future golfers!

An excellent and peaceful stay with beautiful lake views, accomodations that make it easy to feel right at home and excellent additions to bring your stay over the top like the barrel sauna!

The place was great for our family getaway. It was clean and cozy, plenty of towels and blankets to make you feel at home. The kitchen had all of the essentials and some additional items as well. The smart TVs made it easy to watch our favorites during our down time, but our favorite features were the air hockey table and the hot tub! The hosts were great communicators, quick responses and helpful with our requests too. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Gaylord.

Loved the place, it was comfortable, cozy, quiet, and convenient. Perfect for what we needed being just the two of us. Internet and TV worked great. Very nicely updated cabin feel and the fireplace is a nice touch. Would recommend and definitely would stay again when in the area!

The place was the perfect location for what we were looking for. We enjoy Indian River, and we like to be able to walk in town. I am not complaining but to be fair with a review I should mention the bed is a Murphy bed and it squeaks when you move in the night. The unit is attached to the house, and it is not very soundproof between the main house and the rental unit however everything was quiet by 11:00 pm. If I stay in Indian River again, I will stay at Amanda's place again.

Jeffrey had accommodated us during our stay by allowing us to pack up things due to a misunderstanding of time frame. We were expecting to be booked later but it ended up being booked for us to leave sooner. He allowed us to get things picked up before leaving. The apartment is in a good area with many walking distance restaurants which make it easy if you don’t want to drive around town. It was very nice staying there and I felt very safe in the apartment complex. There was plenty of cooking supplies which is often a hit or miss with Airbnb’s. It was very child friendly and I felt comfortable letting my one year old go around without being concerned with dangerous things for him to get into.

So I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals. This was by far one of my favorites. They literally thought of everything in their design and execution. It was so comfortable and fun - my friends who came with me were utterly charmed. The train motif was fabulous- and the beds were so comfortable. It was so clean and everything smelled new. The private back deck was a wonderful surprise. And the ice cream shop next door with delicious pizza and paninis were next level. The staff were just lovely and treated us like royalty. These are top notch hosts with immediate response. They not only make their guests welcome - they want their guests to feel welcome. I had a lovely time and will plan on staying here in the future. This is a true gem in the north of the lower peninsula. So happy to have a great place to stay so close to family near the island. I give them an A+ rating - well done Troy and Alison!! Scott was extremely kind and courteous, and was always responsive. He also gave us great local info and helped us when needed. Parking was very easy and there were no additional fees at any point. If you want to ski or snowboard, Thursday is the best day as the lift ticket is only $15. The room was comfortable and very easy to keep warm during our late-Winter trip where it snowed almost every day and temperatures rarely went above 20°F. The room had a fantastic view of the tubing and ski slope of the Ostego Resort, and it was an extremely short and easy to walk to the lodge or the shop to get lift tickets. We stayed here to attend a rally going on in Atlanta MI. It turned out to be a perfect location bc no matter what you needed from food to shopping was literally just minutes away. Accessing Atlanta, or the Canadian border, Petoskey and Traverse City were all very easy day trips to make. I was also pleasantly surprised how courteous everyone drove. I had 2 friends and I get together for a girl's adventure. Last minute booked this beautiful, perfect cabin! The response was very quick. Since it was late I really appreciated that! Lovely accommodations! comfy beds! Would definitely enjoy another stay! thank you!!
