Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Montmagny

No regrets at all in booking this place. It is half an hr away by taxi to Paris and probably 1hr via public transpo. Bus is very accessible just 3-5min walk from this home. So convenient. Love the cozy vibes of the house and you got everything that you need in your stay. The host is also very approachable. Waited for us when we checked in very late and was glad to show us around the house of what will be used and needed. Overall very satisfied, we even think this could be a place again for us ehen we get back to Paris with our kids! We can manage to fit because it is comfortable and also lots of ventilation if you need it. So happy we booked this place even if it was last minute booking already as we had no plans at all. Will definitely refer this to our friends coming over. Thank you!!!

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Jeremie's house is definitely more beautiful than the one in the photos. A beautiful garden and a clean interior. It's a peaceful place a little out of the city.

This is the second time we have stayed in this little corner of paradise... and it will not be the last! The chalet is still so well arranged and super well equipped, you immediately feel at home. The spa is a real treat, perfect for disconnecting and relaxing in the middle of nature. The place is incredibly peaceful, ideal for a real break. And what about the host? Always so kind, accommodating and ultra responsive. A big thank you again, everything was perfect! 😊

We were very satisfied in the studio at Hamoudy. Everything was super clean and everything was prepared so that nothing was missing. We cooked every day and there was nothing missing in terms of equipment. Hamoudy even proactively asked if we needed anything else and offered us an air conditioner, as it was very warm. The neighborhood feels a little unsafe in the evening/at night (we are two young girls), but since the gate to the street is locked, the front door is also locked and everything is under video surveillance, we felt very safe as soon as we were there. We even always ate outside. Bus stop and Meteo are within walking distance. By public transport, it only takes about 45-50 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The Stade de France is 20 minutes' walk away. The nearest Lidl is 3 minutes' walk. We would like to give the greatest praise to the host Hamoudy. I've never had such a nice, courteous and immediately responding host. Clear recommendation!!!! Absolutely incredible!!! The apartment is perfectly located in a quiet area and very close to the Stade de France to get there on foot. The apartment is very well equipped, carefully decorated and clean. Shakeel welcomed us very warmly, leaving us little gifts. I am delighted with my stay, thank you very much 🤩

I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Very good accommodation, with a really good location whether it is for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very appreciable. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights too) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!
