My apartment is very bright with lots of sun and a splendid terrace with a table for 4 people for breakfast , or anything you want to do ... It is a perfect place to relax in an atmosphere of silence ... ( Sun shines 340 days a year ) jjjj The apartment is a penthouse 5th floor , but there is a lift We have 2 wonderful rooms : - A room with a large window (natural light and sun) direct access to the terrace + very comfortable double bed super comfortable , a wardrobe where you can store your clothes and belongings .... also air conditioning and central heating .. . - A living room with a super comfortable convertible sofa bed ... easy to open and fold !!! room have cable TV , air conditioning and central heating, beautiful wood table for 4 people ... the room has plenty of natural light and sunshine, with direct access to the terrace... ( super good ! !) - The bathroom is completely clean ,(super important for me and mi people) with shower and bath, toilet complete with everything you need ... of course be given a set of 2 towels for each of you ... - The kitchen is completely new ( newly renovated ) : has electric stove, oven, microwave , glasses, plates and everything you need to complete FULL EQUIP kithchen ... - whole apartment is very clean and well maintained ... On arrival I will explain anything you need on apartameto and Barcelona ... - We are conveniently located as to be the center of Barcelona apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood called Poble Sec ... - The location is perfect : We are : -10 Minutes walk from the Ramblas -15 Minutes walk from the sea -15 Minutes walk from Catalunya Paza -10 Minutes walk from the Olympic Stadium and magical sources -15 Minutes walk from Passeig de Gracia - 18 minutes walk from the Born every body who wants a nice, clean, sunny and well located place is well come --- The place is super quiet is perfect for relaxing enjoying ! Consigliatissimo (soprattutto per quanto riguarda la qualità-prezzo, considerati i prezzi esorbitanti delle altre opzioni) Ottimo alloggio: stanza spaziosa per due in un appartamento condiviso con gli host; ventilatore a soffitto ottimo per l'estate; bagno personale per quanto riguarda la toilette, bagno in comune solo per la doccia (ma non l'abbiamo mai trovato occupato in 6 giorni). Host cordiali e disponibili. Zona super (a 10 minuti dalla Sagrada, vicinissima a una fermata della Metro)
