Marco e la sua famiglia sono degli host impeccabili che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Disponibili e sempre reattivi. Casa in un’ottima posizione e comoda sia per andare verso il mare che per passare una giornata tranquilla in piscina. Ci ritornerei!

Casa molto bella e spaziosa sia all'interno che all'esterno, comoda e abbastanza vicina alla spiaggia. Essendo 8 adulti e due bambini lo spazio è stato utilizzato completamente sia all'interno che all'esterno con la terrazza sulla quale potevamo cenare in tranquillità anche perché le zanzare erano veramente rare. Ottima esperienza!!

Casa meravigliosa in posizione spettacolare. Cucina completa, funzionale, con tutti gli elettrodomestici possibili e soprattutto PULITA a fondo. Camere al piano sopra con vista su Viareggio da sogno, bagni grandi, arredo curato, tanti asciugamani a disposizione, tutto pulitissimo. Si vede che è stata una casa abitata e pensata bene e non sistemata/costruita solo per affitto. Uno dei pochi posti dove tornerei volentieri.

Thankyou Brian (and family) for what was an unforgettable magical experience. The villa far surpassed all our expectations. The villa is beyond beautiful and oozes rustic charm, perfect for a large group. Rooms were clean and with beautiful views (on the top floor) to wake up to, so much so that it felt like a dream. Bathrooms were lovely and higher spec than expected for such an old building. swimming pool serves it's purpose, but it's in a gorgeous garden amongst olive groves....stunning. Brian and family were the perfect balance of keeping in touch and ensuring we had everything we needed whilst ensuring that we felt we had the place to ourselves, a perfectly ran operation. We arranged a dinner one evening in the house cooked by Brian's mother which was an amazing experience to enjoy such a wonderful setting with friends. thank you Brian! we already hope to return in future.

What a view! Out of all the places we stayed during our trip to Italy, this apartment had by far our favorite view from inside the room. The two enormous windows overlooking the water took our breath away every single time we looked out. We loved eating dinner in the kitchen or sipping coffee on the balcony while watching the water. The apartment was pretty well-equipped, and we cooked several nights. We had to get creative with some of the cooking utensils, but overall things worked well! The A/C units took a minute to figure out but worked great once we did. The location is perfect—right at the start of the trail to Monterosso (we walked it a few mornings and the views were stunning!). One thing to note: Vernazza has the smallest grocery store of the Cinque Terre towns, and it often ran out of items or closed early. If you plan to cook, shop in other towns during the day. Still, this was one of our favorite stays—peaceful, scenic, and absolutely unforgettable. We’d love to come back!

Wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in einen ruhigen Bergdorf mit tollem Blick über die Berge und morgens auch über die vorbeiziehenden Wolken. Die Nachbarn sind sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (z.B. Salatschleuder, Handrührgerät), sodass ich viel gekocht habe. In Aulla (10min mit dem Auto) gibt es ein paar Restaurants, aber mehr los ist in Sarzana (20min) und den Orten bei La Spezia (30-40 min), hier gibt es auch schöne Strände. Christiane war sehr hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Alles in allem hatte ich eine sehr schöne dreiwöchige Workation - gerne wieder. :)

We had an unforgettable stay at this villa for our bachelorette getaway! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. The views were absolutely breathtaking — even better than in the pictures! The villa had everything we needed to set the perfect atmosphere: fully stocked kitchen with plates and glasses, plenty of towels, and thoughtful details throughout. We loved picking fresh lemons from the garden and finding peaceful spots around the property to read and relax. It’s incredibly private and serene — the perfect escape. While the drive-up can be a bit tricky at first, it quickly becomes second nature and is well worth it.This place exceeded all of our expectations. Highly, highly recommend — we'd come back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay, the house really felt like a home and was instantly relaxing. The whole booking and check in process was very straightforward and Giuseppe who met us to show us around the property and hand over the keys was very welcoming, kind and informative. The house has wonderfully peaceful location, with beautiful views. It has been furnished with excellent taste, and so adds to the feeling of being in a real home rather than a rental. The gardens and pool are delightful and evenings on the loggia will be remembered for a long time, we cant wait to return!

The villa was incredible. It had an amazing view and excellent ambiance. The house it self was well furnished and the property felt very private even though it was just a short drive down the hill from the train station to Cinque Terre. Sarah was very helpful and very prompt on answering any questions we had. We did the pasta making class and had a wonderful experience. Booking this accommodation was not only booking a house but also, booking unforgettable memories.

My family and I -- six adults and a 9 month old -- spent two delightful weeks at Il Granaio. Before our arrival, Greg (the host) put me in touch with Ally, the property manager, who provided much useful information in advance and ensured we could find our way to the hidden gem that is Il Granaio. Once we arrived, Ally was available as needed, responsive to my queries as we settled in. We enjoyed the Villa and property immensely, using it as a base camp as we did day trips all around Tuscany and a longer visit to the Ligurian coast. The house was comfortable, attractive, and well-outfitted, with fantastic views from the second floor; the surrounding countryside was peaceful and beautiful; the pool was a perfect place to cool off and relax after being out and about; and the billiard table provided enjoyment for all! And having our own washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a baby. Wonderful memories were made for our family at Il Granaio!

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

We visited for a multi-generational family holiday - grandparents, kids and parents. The setting is wonderful, in the mountains of Fosciandora - an easy 1.20 hr drive from Pisa airport. We enjoyed having the option of the jacuzzi as well as the fresh water pool. And had local chefs cook for us several evenings. The local Tigalle meal was a special highlight on our first day - compliments to Chef Nenella. It’s a stunning place and we’d love to come back. Local trips we did were to Lucca (about an hour), Castelnuovo di Garfagnana and Barga. Pizza Indie was a great recommendation from Leo. Our hosts were so responsive and wonderful to speak to. They couldn’t have been more attentive. I can def imagine we’ll be back in years to come. Highly recommend the his wonderful place to anyone who truly wants to get away and switch off. The mountain air and beauty is good for the soul.

We had a fantastic relaxing stay at this place. The house was large and had everything you need to make yourself comfortable. The house and garden offered a great atmosphere with its nice places to sit and relax or having our meals. Thank you Elena and Eugenio for your hospitality and great service.

Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut, um es mit Freunden zu teilen. Die ruhige Lage auf einem Berg bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel. Die dicken Mauern ermöglichen einen erholsamen Schlaf und im Sommer ist das Haus sicher schön kühl. Die Umgebung von Lucca und Städte wie Pisa oder Florenz kann man gut mit dem Auto erkunden. Wir sind morgens in den Ort gefahren, um süße Backwaren bei der Pasticceria und Brötchen beim Supermarkt Esselunga zu kaufen. Ein Highlight für uns war die Weinprobe beim kleinen Bio-Weingut Cantina Biagiotti mit dem jungen Winzer Francesco, 20 Minuten Fahrzeit vom Haus entfernt.

Soggiorno splendido a Villa Vittoria, immersa nel verde alle porte di Lucca, città meravigliosa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il campo da tennis e l'area palestra con vasca idromassaggio, perfetta per rilassarsi. Il campo da calcio e la piscina non li abbiamo usati, ma quest’ultima è davvero bellissima e ben tenuta. Massima privacy e tranquillità: ideale per staccare la spina. La villa è curata nei dettagli e gli spazi esterni sono ampi e silenziosi. Un luogo perfetto per rigenerarsi, che ci sentiamo di consigliare senza esitazioni.

This Villa was by far the best Airbnb we stayed in as part of our family vacation to Italy. We are a group of 9, including 1 baby and 2 small children, and the Villa was perfect for our stay. The grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the pool and the patio was perfect for our Chef prepared dinner. Thomas and Enrico were amazing hosts and super responsive to any questions. The Villa is walkable to the Towne Center, train station, and grocery store. We HIGHLY recommend the Villa and hope to be able to return someday.

Can't say enough great things about this villa and Cristina as it's host! This was a family trip with 12 of us, and the villa provided more than enough space, bathrooms, amenities, and convenience for everyone. Sleeping arrangements were plenty and comfortable, bathrooms were larger than what you might expect for a European villa, several of them with dual sinks as well, and lots of modern upgrades that made things convenient but nothing to steal away from the absolute charm of the villa, especially the back yard by the pool. We loved spending most of our time there when we weren't exploring inside the city walls of Lucca (which are right outside the front door of the villa, an easy 5-10 minute walk away!) There were also coffee shops, markets, a pharmacy, a bank, etc., right around the corner from the villa for even more convenience. And Cristina herself? AMAZING. So proactive with communication, provided tons of information, and was very kind and welcoming when we arrived. THE BEST.

Die Unterkunft von Peter hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen ! Vor allem der Außenbereich mit toller Aussicht zwischen den Apfelbäumen und Traubensträuchern war der Wahnsinn. Zudem war dieser komplett eingezäunt-also ideal für Hundebesitzer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Tolle Unterkunft, wunderschöne, friedliche Umgebung und sehr herzliche Gastgeber! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit 7 Personen für unser Trainingscamp hier und hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in der Villa. Es ist wirklich noch schöner, als wir es aufgrund der Bilder erwartet hätten. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen und nur einer Hand voll anderer Häuser kann man perfekt abschalten - ob am Pool, im Garten oder in Haus selbst. Zara und Mark sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auf jede Frage bekamen wir sofort eine Antwort und außerdem jede Menge hilfreiche Tipps, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Zara hat uns bei einer kleinen morgendlichen Wanderung die Umgebung gezeigt. Diese Plätze hätten wir ohne sie niemals gefunden. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Das Haus hat mehrere Terrassen mit sensationellem Blick, neu gebaut und schöne Einrichtung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel und das Haus ist beheizbar.

Impeccable, we have had an amazing family holiday with our young son and couldn’t ask for more. Brilliant location, not far from Pisa which was helpful for flying and we could access many areas of interest in the region. More importantly when we spent time at the villa it was just perfect, there is so much space in the garden and great facilities for our family. We really enjoyed getting out on the bikes. Fantastic hosts, very welcoming and the recommendations on where to visit were appreciated. We were sad to leave and would love to return.

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni fantastici nella villa di Daniele, immersa nella tranquillità della campagna toscana. Eravamo in 9 amici e la casa è stata perfetta per il nostro soggiorno: spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. La piscina e la jacuzzi esterne sono state le protagoniste delle nostre giornate di relax, mentre la sauna interna ha aggiunto un tocco speciale alle serate. Gli spazi comuni sono ampi e ben organizzati e il portico esterno è ideale per fare una grigliata. Daniele è stato un host impeccabile: sempre disponibile e attento, ci ha fatto sentire subito benvenuti. Un soggiorno che consigliamo senza esitazioni, perfetto per chi cerca pace, comfort e un bel posto dove condividere momenti con gli amici.

Silvia est une hôte très accueillante et pro-active. Elle n'hésite pas a vous recommander des activités et restaurants à proximité. Son logement est très agréable et le cadre très beau ! Je recommande !

Wir haben uns bei Pina rundum wohlgefühlt. Sie ist eine super herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist für viele Personen bestens geeignet. Unser Highlight war das gemeinsame Pasta kochen mit Pina und das Nutzen des Pizza Ofens. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön und deutlich großzügiger als auf den Fotos erkennbar.
