Family-friendly holiday rentals in Monthey District

A large, beautiful house in a fantastic landscape with incredible views and a large garden. Perfect for larger families/groups thanks to many bedrooms. The house is very cozy and well equipped. We would come back immediately – this time probably just by car, as public transport connections can only be reached via very steep roads.

Great location right on the lake. Wonderful amenities. Directly across from the Villette VD train stop. The house was beautiful, clean, and felt like home. The views were amazing. My husband, myself, daughter and son in law had plenty of room. It was great to be able to have a full kitchen too. Incredible trip!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Tranquil & peaceful chalet with highest level of comfort

Second stay at the France BMX Freestyle pole in this accommodation: we did not come back by chance: the chalet is large, well equipped and very pleasant to live in. Hosts are attentive and responsive-it's a great place. Thanks to Julia and Hubertus for hosting us.

We had very nice and quiet days with our shepherd dog in Elisabeth's chalet. The view is simply fantastic and everything in the house is very pleasant and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we found everything we needed. Elisabeth and her husband inquired several times about our well-being and were very friendly and accommodating. Thanks so much for the nice days, we'll be back for sure!

A rustic cottage, well supplied. Take slippers (suggested in the house instructions) as the floor is cold downstairs (but the atmosphere is not)! For our part, there was no snow, so it was very easy to park downstairs near the cottage, even with several cars!

Yolanda's studio has everything you need for a stay. The ski resort is extremely easy to reach (if there is enough snow) and skis/ shoes can be deposited in the designated room. The kitchen is perfectly furnished and lightning-clean. The views from bed to the mountains are fantastic. On the balcony we could even enjoy the spring sun. Thank you Yolanda for your warm welcome!

Great stay for the family holiday in Morgins at Fabia's. The apartment is very cozy and cozy. And it is level with a nice terrace It is close to all activities and restaurants and shops, everything is within walking distance. Also to go from the gondola on foot. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedding is great. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Parking in front of the building and also underground. Fabia is a great host always available as needed. We'll be back in a future stay Thank you for trusting your apartment.

Thank you to Patricia and her family for the welcome, their accommodation is really great! very well located in the village of Champery, everything is nearby. the accommodation is also very well equipped and convenient, in addition to being really warm and welcoming. we will come back without hesitation!

Just had an amazing 3 night break at Suzy's place. Perfect location for quick and easy access to the slopes. The apartment had everything we needed and, despite being a large group of 9, there was plenty of space. Right next door to 2 excellent restaurants at Hotel L'Etable and Mountain Lodge (advise you book in advance).

We had a pleasant stay at Veronique's. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The accommodation is very good and well-equipped.

We had a wonderful stay and very much enjoyed the beautiful terrace, the view and quietness of this place to stay. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with amenities e.g. basic stuff like spices in the kitchen. Communication with Kenneth and Joy (the lady who receives guests) have been brilliant. I would definitely recommend it as a lovely place to stay. The things that could be improved are the mattress on the double bed and two blankets instead of a big one on the double bed would be great. Also the opening times at the swimming pool are unfortunately a bit limited. Thank you for a brilliant and happy weekend in Château d'Oex Kenneth.

We stayed at the apartment and it was comfortable and clean - all you need for a holiday break. The facilities at the apartment allow for a choice of staying in or going out to eat. There is a sauna as well for a restful time. The location is excellent and we would recommend Champex Lac for a tranquil break, although we visited out of season and so cannot comment for high season. For children, there is not too much to do, except the indoor swimming pool and swimming in the lake - and feeding the ducks! (€3.50 for 2.5KG bag of seed from the superette provided us with some fun time feeding them daily during our stay). We will re-visit Champex next year, since it is a beautiful place to stay and has access to places such as Verbier not too far away to provide varied locations for walking.

We had a fabulous stay and loved the beautiful village and surrounding mountains. We had an excellent time hiking, sledding and building snowmen. The home was wonderfully cosy and quiet.

The chalet is nicely furnished and spaceous. The views are incredible and the surroundings offer nice hikes (from easy to demanding). We will definitely consider to come back :D

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

Jean-Paul was really helpful especially concerning my wife's limited mobility. Would recommend this studio without hesitation.
